I was properly greeted as soon as I walked into the store. After Leo at the front desk saw my iPhone's condition he provided a repair quote for battery and screen replacement. I was so relieved he told me they are well-stocked with all the parts necessary. I was originally told it would take about an hour and a half for the repair to be done. I was willing to wait so I did. I was offered bottled water to drink. Within a few minutes Leo told me that he assigned my repair to the technician and gave it priority since I was waiting. Now that's great Customer Service. I can testify I only waited about 10 minutes and within that time frame Leo came back to tell me my iPhone X was finished being repaired. Such a pleasant surprise in today's climate to be treated like a valued customer. I was given courteous treatment and priority as a customer in their store. Summarizing, it is so refreshing that Repair Republic is a local Oak Cliff business which treats customers with respect and provides expert and fast repairs. They fix different brands of cell phones and computers. So if you use them, I'm sure they will give you the same kind of great service I experienced over the past several years.

Eventually, he shipped the computer back to me without my permission, and it arrived with the stand broken and the fan still unfixed. I knew exactly what I needed, but somebody who doesn't know what they're looking for won't be able to earn any new knowledge from an elderly lady. When it was my turn to check out after waiting for 5 minutes behind 2 people - because the young girl at the register was just shootin' the breeze with the person at the register - the HDD that I came to purchase was locked up. Understandable. What is not understandable is why the manager, who I assume is the only person who has access to the cage, is on break and doesn't give the keys to somebody else.
