WORSE COMPANY! I placed an order on 9/3 for an A frame. They immediately call me because of a credit card issue. we get that fixed over the phone and the agent assures me that my order will be delivered on Monday, as planned. The order doesn't show up Monday, Tuesday and then at end of day Wednesday I get an email saying my order never went through and to call in. I called in and speak with Office Depots Sri Lanka call center, which is A HORRIBLE experience. People BARELY speaking English and most of the time you can't understand them so they apologize over and over and over and over. It seems like that's the ONLY thing their call center is capable of doing, apologizing non stop. I was transferred to 4 different people and had to explain my situation every single time with them apologizing and telling me that they can't help me. I asked the first phone agent to speak to a supervisor or manager to which he said there are none there right now but management should be available in a few hours. He kept wanting to disconnect the call and have someone call me back when management gets in the office. I instantly knew he was a LIAR! Why would a USA company who is outsourcing their phone center to India, not have management during USA business hours. (I called in at 9.45am) I was VERY adamant that I was not getting off the phone until I spoke with a supervisor or manager. After 3 minutes the agent said a manager is available now. So he transferred me to another phone agent so I got the chance to explain my situation yet AGAIN!!! After 40 minutes I finally got a "manager" on the phone. To wish she began to tell me how it's my fault the order didn't go through because I should have called my bank to confirm the payment when through. That it's not up to Office Depot to confirm payment was received. Which is REALLY weird because when I initially made the order there was an issue and someone called me immediately and said the problem was "fixed"! This "manager" kept cutting me off and trying to talk over me as I was explaining and asking questions. I finally asked the "manager" to stop talking over me and listen to me. This didn't sit well for "Ms.Manager" because the next thing I know I was disconnected after being on the phone for 45 minutes. Oh, on top of all that....... The "manager" said that I could get my delivered on 9/16 now. Sssssssssooooooooooo.......... Office Depot screws up this whole situation and then tells me I can pay full price for the stuff that was supposed to be delivered 3 days but I'll get it in another 7 days. DO. NOT. DO. BUSINESS. Needed to make copies and 3 of the 5 copy machines were out of order. Then the ink must have been low also as the print was real light and was set on darkest setting. Oh well got copies made after 40 minutes! read more

I stopped here to get a document scanned they have a bad system for customers to sign in when you want to use the desk service & they send you a text for a confirmation however most people don't want to use the self service option which is why you come to Office Depot in the first place! They have a shortage of employees I have been waiting for 15 minutes already just received a txt that said I have 2 people in front of me & it's going to be another 15 minutes Hire some more employees this is ridiculous read more

The reviews I saw were terrible. However, because I was in a pinch I had to take the chance. It was Sunday, nothing else was open. I went in, signed into the kiosk and sat in the waiting chairs. Probably in no more than 2 minutes I was called to the counter. I handed him my thumb drive with my pdf file to print. I went to paper to check out some parchment options but decided on regular paper. When I got back he had already printed the document on plain paper, which was perfect. I asked a helper where to find frames and she walked me back to the frames. I picked one and went to checkout. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you Office Depot! They're ridiculously slow here. The wait to get 5 pieces of paper printed is always an hour or more. They move with no sense of urgency to help or assure waiting customers and other employees just walk around the store aimlessly when they see the printing station is backed up. Your best bet is to buy a printer, ink, and paper yourself. They don't make the process convenient at all. Just a huge hassle. read more

Prices are average. The staffing is sub par in terms of product knowledge. I asked for a 2TB HDD from a sales associate. I knew exactly what I needed, but somebody who doesn't know what they're looking for won't be able to earn any new knowledge from an elderly lady. When it was my turn to check out after waiting for 5 minutes behind 2 people - because the young girl at the register was just shootin' the breeze with the person at the register - the HDD that I came to purchase was locked up. Understandable. What is not understandable is why the manager, who I assume is the only person who has access to the cage, is on break and doesn't give the keys to somebody else. "Excuse me, ma'am, but I am in a huuuuuge rush." "(manager's name) this man is in a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge rush." She replies exaggeratedly while shaking her head in a sassy way. As if my request to get out in a timely manner is simply too much to ask for. I don't appreciate being mocked for simply asking that my experience be a normal experience. The only reason this store doesn't get a one-star from me is because the manager apologized and explained that the geographic location of the store doesn't offer any respectable people. I normally go to oak lawn location or North Dallas off 635 event though I literally live right here off Westmoreland. Just because this ones service is always horrible. The wait time is ridiculous and they only have one at best two people working after 5. I emailed my order at 4 spoke with Debra to make sure my (10) copies would be ready for pick up once I got there. She stated they would- I get here and they are not!! They didn't even look at the email, nothing is ready and go figure Debra left for the day. My mom and I own businesses and it sucks the resources in our community are already slim but when we try to use This particular Office Depot NEVER satisfied. Spoke Selina and she called the mgr over and he stated they don't even do same day service after 2. I just needed 10 copies made as my printer at my home office went down. Can't even do that! I love the convenience of self serve printing. When the printer stops working at school or the pages are more than I care to use I go here. But I really need this location to upgrade their copy machine. Not only was it annoying to copy one page at a time and click buttons in between but the ungodly black stripe on copies 25-41 are an eyesore. No I will not spend 20 more minutes redoing them. I placed an order online for some custom envelopes and a stamp for our family business. Online, my options were to ship to my address, or ship to the store for free. I chose to ship to the store for free in order to avoid people possibly trying to steal the package off our porch. Before arriving, I checked online and the status of both items read "ready for pickup." When telling this to the store employee, he walked away to attempt to find my order. He said he couldn't find the items and instructed me to move to another area for further help. While in this other area, we reviewed my order numbers and he then told me to move back to the register. Before he placed my stamp on the counter, he states the envelopes aren't at the store and I need to call some number about the matter. I asked, "so my order is no where to be found and it's just my responsibility to find it? How does that make sense... I already paid for it?" He agreed that this matter is my responsibility because I should have never shipped to the store. I then questioned how am I supposed to know that as a customer, and he suggested that it's common sense!!! It's common sense that a customer is not supposed to ship items to a store? Then why is it even an option? Instead of trying to assist me, this guy did everything in his power to show he couldn't care less about this order or about helping customers in general. He was extremely rude and immediately suggested I cancel the order. He made absolutely zero effort to help me find my order, or to find a solution to the issue. I'll be sure that our family businesses never order custom stationary or office supplies from this location again. The staff is really great but it's the customers that are awful garbage. These customers are the worst I've seen anywhere at a retail place. They are entitled pieces of trash that treat the underpaid, overworked staff like the trash the customers are. Stop being so entitled and USE THE SELF SERVE MACHINES! It is not the staffs fault when you wait in line for an hour to get a print that could have taken 2 minutes at the self serve machine, and laziness is not an excuse. I saw a manager yelled at yesterday from a moron customer because she was entitled and thought the line was too long at the copy and print area. The customer was a complete spoiled piece of human filth and seems like a terrible person in real life to treat other people like that. These are absolutely the worst customers I've ever seen, I don't know if it's the area or just more people waking up on the wrong side of the bed but these customers get bad. People need to realize that the company is awful and treats their people like garbage too so the staff don't need you yelling at them for anything. They are understaffed, underpaid, and overworked, so be awful somewhere else, preferably in a sewer where you belong. The staff is wonderful and the store manager is awesome too.
