Customer service here was non existent on my visit today. I frequent two other UPS Stores nearer to my home and have never encountered the inefficiency and lack of care for customers that this location doled out. I walked in and got behind one man waiting in line while another lady waited at the counter with no visible employee assisting her. There was one employee answering phone calls and another doing package tasks that was not related to an existing customer in line (and at a snails pace at that). The third employee was at a computer facing away from the customer line assisting a customer standing near him. When he finished, he looked at our line and told us he would begin assisting people on the left side of the center island even though 2 of 3 of us were on the opposing side. I remarked "This man and I were here before her (referencing a customer that walked in and went immediately to the left side of the island). He replied rudely "Well, you still have to line up on THIS side to be helped." I started to approach the designated side and only then saw a small, low hanging sign with an arrow directing customers to the left for returns. I am a former educator and I understand rules, instructions to follow, and signage, but I do not understand the lack of regard for your customers and the failure to be courteous. Further, would it not be in everyone's best interest to post signage high and ahead of customers line of sight as they wait in order to recalibrate as needed? It is perfectly natural to see a line and get into it upon entry. I left this location with my Amazon return in hand as I will not support such an unprofessional business. At both the Red Oak and Waxahachie UPS stores, you are welcomed as you walk in, and every employee visible is assisting with in-store customers before taking on other tasks. They are efficient, courteous and professional. These UPS stores understand customer service and appreciate their customer's time and patronage. I will continue to give both the Red Oak and Waxahachie locations my business. Save yourself some aggravation and avoid this UPS Store. read more

Every time I come into this store, they are so helpful and friendly. I was amazed that when I came into the store, the young lady helping me remembered my name and recognized me as a mailbox holder! I haven't been in the store but a few times! Even when the store is busy, they seem to be patient and helpful. Convenient, reliable service. Used them to ship gifts for Christmas rather than wait in long lines at Post office

I paid $84 on Thursday 10:24am for next morning delivery in California, Friday by 10:30am. It contained instructions for our bank to wire money to close on a house on Monday. It didn't arrive on Friday at all and they're having problems even refunding my payment. We may have to reschedule the closing. Service has been fine for other less time-sensitive needs, but the timing on this is crucial and UPS messed up. And they won't even give me a refund until the package arrives. read more

I used to have no issues with this place but lately it seems to have gone down hill. Went in to return a package through Amazon Returns service (which I've done quite a few times with no issues) and was told this time I needed to buy another box to return my item in that was already in the box it came in. Never before have I had to do this or had any issues with the returns being processed but the manager or whoever he was INSISTED I spend $6 on another box. Then of course their card machine was down so they had a line of angry people waiting behind me. Thankfully I had enough cash on me to get out of there sooner than later. I'll never do my Amazon returns here again, I'll take them all to Kohls where they know what they are doing. read more

I love this location! They are so kind here! This is a Veteran owned business and I couldn't be more proud! They honor veteran's discounts, ensures social distancing and, greets every individual that comes by. Sharee, the manager always makes sure everyone is assisted and squared away. I needed quick and affordable notary because the lines were extremely long at the bank. When I walked in, I was quickly greeted by Mr. Larry, who was incredibly kind. He called Ms. Sharee to the front to assist me who provided me with some great information. I had lots of questions and she answered them all. The young man that took care of us was friendly. He didn't seem to be completely confident about what we needed, but as it turned out our package was delivered on time to the correct recipient. They charged $51.00 to overnight a letter size envelope to Austin. These were very important papers, so it was worth $51.00. We won't hesitate to use this location again and we will definitely recommend them to anyone who might need this service. Thanks UPS and your friendly employees. read more

My experience has been helpful customer service and attentive. If you print your labels ahead, they scan which saves time. If you arrive near a pickup time for UPS shipments to go out, expect a line of customers. I hope the service continues to do well as this location recently opened. read more

I was in this store last night it is horrible one of the young men was very professional and courteous another young man was using profanity the entire time I was in the store. There was a lady cashing out the register and on the phone with a manager apparently and she did not instruct the young man that was using the profanity to stop using profanity while myself a customer was in the store. I actually got into a shouting match with the young man that was in the store using profanity. He came over to the printer to call himself assisting me with a printer issue (printer printed double-sided vs single) he was not wearing a facial covering and continuing to use profanity while on his cellphone and grabbed the mouse out of my hand. I immediately asked him to step back away from me without a facial covering and using that type of language. As a black woman old enough to be his mother his actions were unexceptionable and shameful. He threaten physical violence against me and I advised him that would be a horrible mistake. The lady counting down the register at No point asked him to leave the sales floor to diffuse the situation. She only stated the person she was on the phone with asked me to leave and the store is a Black Owned business. Irrespective of color, do not frequent this store. Their employees except One are unprofessional and not fit for servicing the public. One of four employees were out of proper work uniform and most importantly this franchise do not reflective the values of UPS. read more
