Originally I gave Hawkinson Kia a 5-star rating, but I looked at the paperwork after the sale. Here's is an updated review: I have to say the sales team (Matt, Dave) were great. They worked with me, were honest, but that's kind of where it stopped. When I went into the financing is where I got stung. I was able to get a better financing rate but my payment stayed the same which allowed the financing guy to "throw in" an $1800 wrap warranty. This resulted in me winding up with a warranty I didn't want to purchase (I said "no" every time he said how about this price and I told him I am not going to buy an extended warranty.) and not being able to get into a car with more options, which I obviously could have. If I can get an $1800 warranty for the same price I can get the convenience package which cost less. Granted, I can cancel the warranty and get the money back but that's not the point. My money was spent for me and I didn't get a say in the matter. I would have gotten an upgraded car if given the opportunity. However, I was not given the opportunity and the opportunity is lost. Bought a sweet almost new, really low miles - under 8,000 miles 2015 FORTE LX from Hawkinson Kia in Matteson, IL. The staff are like a family and Mike Rogers , car salesman was very helpful and made sure that I got what I wanted and Samantha, internet desk and the rest of the sales team were very helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased my first vehicle from this dealership and Eugene was a delight to work with. This was back in 2015. So my 2012 Kia Rio hatchback the engine went out in June/July 2017. So i took it back with hopes of them taking it back and putting me in something better. Let me just say that walking into that dealership was my worst nightmare. So they did put me in a car but "couldn't do a trade in" because I was still paying on the Kia Rio. So they suggested that I keep the Rio and let the bank take it and have a repo on my credit report. Stupid of me to even agree to this. But here is the kicker. They really couldn't put me in anything because I needed a co-signer because I now would have a second car loan. They allowed me to put a down payment down and everything. Only to call me back the following week to let me know I had to bring the car back. I recently bought a Kia from a dealership in Elgin that was "sourced" from this dealership. Beautiful car! My first new car in 9 years. Unfortunately I noticed a dent in the rocker panel after I took possession. (Luckily I had taken photos of the car before I dove it off the lot). I wish I had read the reviews of this place before I made the mistake of coming here. Lack of an attentive sales and service staff and the people I did find there were unapologetic, rude, nihilistic. After several visits back to have two issues resolved, I still find that I have one issue that has not been resolved. I continue to be contact by personnel of the dealership when I have politely asked four times to stop and twice in a not as nice manner. Please, stay away from this place. I would have given them a better review but they don't deserve it. The sales people were fine and we're We're doing their job. Everyone was accountable -and accommodating. They say their family but they're not. I had a problem with my 2018 Kia Sportage and told them about the problem they told me where to go to get it fixed I did and it cost me $150 more. I called the dealership and told them that I had to pay $150 to have the problem fixed and could they reimburse me the money and they said no. I guess they want to treat me like a stepchild not a family member. Brandon the manager told me that he would not take care of this problem and would not even up with my that it is my problem. Yes they can sell you a car but then they treat you like you're not part of the family and shoe you away. I do not recommend this dealership and told Brandon that I have a bitter taste in my mouth about their dealership and I will not buy anything from Hockenson or recommend the dealerships that they own because they don't treat you like family they treat you like a cast away. I had a truly disappointing experience at Hawkinson Kia. I went there to trade in my 2013 Kia Soul and upgrade to a newer one. Right off the bat the sales person tried to get me to lease a car when I clearly told him I was there to buy a car to own it. I explained to him that I would love to have a new car but if I could not get it at the price I wanted that I'd be willing to purchase a preowned vehicle. He completely disregarded this and even attemped to get me to buy a Kia Forte when I said I wanted a Soul, new or preowned. I told him how much money I would be able to put down on a car but when he came back with a deal it included me putting down double the amount of money that I could not afford. The sales people were condescending and completely soured my car buying experience. As a woman I don't feel I was treated with the same respect I would've gotten if I were a man. I plan on going to another Kia dealership and am hoping for a better experience. read more

We went to go look at a used car that they had posted online, and our salesman, Greg was no help. He rolled his eyes when we asked questions, and did not take us seriously. We let them test-drive our car so that they could give us a trade in value. Greg's boss, Brian, parked our car over the parking barrier, so that when we pulled out to leave, it tore the bumper off of our car. They have refused to admit to this mistake, and will take no responsibility in repairing our car. Brian even said that the owners do not care about our car, and will not pay to have it fixed. With an experience like this, I will never go to this dealer again, and I will certainly never buy a Kia. read more

I went to Hawkinson to buy a Kia today and after asking for 20 minutes for an out the door, cash price that reflected the price that was advertised on their website (for that exact vehicle, they even list a VIN #), I was told how rude I was and that the general manager, Dave, didn't want to sell me a car. He actually was yelling and screaming at me and even stomping his feet like a petulant child. Our salesgirl was a sweetheart, but when your boss acts like, my hands are tied. I was very agitated, this is true, but I didn't want to play games, I just wanted a bottom line not a final price that was OVER the sticker price. As I walked out, he yelled after me that I would NEVER find a car for a better deal than he was offering. I promptly drove to International Kia in Orland and did in fact buy the same car for an amazing deal (more than $4k less than Hawkinson), while dealing with professional courteous people who never tried to push me into financing, and never skirted away from giving me a bottom line number. read more

Kia service department in matteson auto mall is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I brought my Kia, Sorento 2018 in for a simple oil change in October 2019 and the mechanic who worked on my truck put oil in the place were the windshield wiper fluid suppose to be and destroyed my motor the whole thing had to be replaced. Now, in June 2020 My check engine light been going on and off for the past month and a half each time I call Kia dealership to ask them to make an appointment so they can do a diagnostic test on the check engine light they made it two or three days after the date that the check engine light was on and then by the time I get it to the shop it was off and they would say that they have to charge me $130 to do a diagnostic test on the vehicle without the check engine light no longer being on anymore. So this past Saturday the check engine light came on again instead of making them appointment I drove my truck to the Kia dealership and ask them to do the diagnostic test on the vehicle now In which they did and the report came back that the Cadillac converter is bad and needs to be replaced so the assistant manager Byrone Hall made me a appointment for me to bring my truck back in on Monday so that they can do the work so my husband dropped the truck off on Monday while I was at work and I called them late Monday and they said my vehicle will not be ready until tomorrow Tuesday. Then on Tuesday I got a call from the assistant manager stating that Kia warranty Company was not willing to fix the Cadillac converter because they did not take a picture of the check engine being On but they did the diagnostic test on Saturday. The assistant manager stated to me that this was a new practice and I never had to do this before how unfortunate is that? I've been without my vehicle for five days and I've had my truck with Kia for almost three years With all the errors they have made when repairing my vehicle why is this my problem. I do not understand, If they make changes that they did not make the employees aware of how is this my fault and this has been the worst customer service experience ever in my life in the 20 years I've been paying for car notes, car insurances, and car warranty's. I just purchased a new Kia Optima from Hawkinson Kia today. This is not a dealership with sharks waiting to grab you as soon as you walk in. I was greeted by CJ, a very professional, low-key, and delightful saleswoman. She spent loads of time with me, answering lots of questions, and always giving me space to think things over. CJ worked with Eric, the finance guy, who was also low-key, professional, and very personable. Eric provided a very aggressive price on the car, and, once an agreement was reached, he made the paper signing fairly painless with no pressure to purchase unnecessary add-ons. This was undoubtedly the most pleasant car purchase I have ever made. Even the other staff who prep the car are polite and very pleasant. My grand-daughter purchased a Ford Fiesta from an unscrupulous salesman, Mr. Richard Brown. He reminded her to get her toll pass, but intentionally failed to take the license plates off. He then sold or passed them to several other cars as noted by the Ill. Tollway pictures of the vehicles using her old plates from the Chevy Cavalier that was traded in. He took advantage of a young lady, who was excited about getting her first car in her name. We had to write letters proving the sale and purchase, make several trips to the Secretary of State's Office. This was a sham. Don't trust this salesman. This may be something that all the salesmen at this dealer may be guilty of. The license plates were passed to three cars, first a Kia, then Hyndai, then a Honda Accord and we are still getting notices of other cars. Stay away from this dealer. read more

I went to this dealership after a bad experience with another Kia Dealership.My sales rep representative was BIll Forte. He was a breath of fresh air. He listened to what I was looking for and where I needed to be price and payment wise. Bill was very informative and never put any pressure on me to make a decision. He was wonderful to deal with. Once we decided on what kind of car I was looking for he consulted with Dave Shoup the General Manager. Dave Was very helpful and very knowledgeable in regards to the Kia product and what kind of car I was looking for. DaVe took all my needs into consideration and found the perfect car for me at the perfect price. Bill was very helpful on my test drive and answered all my questions about the car. After the test drive Dave went to work for me and was able to get me the best deal possible for my trade in and on my 2019 Kia Sorento. I could not have asked for a better experience Bill is a great salesman who never pressured me and Dave was extraordinary in finding me a great car at a comfortable payment. I recommend this dealership and these employees highly. I would not deal with anyone else. The finance man Benjamin Mueller was great getting all the paperwork prepared and explaining it clearly also. I would give more than 5 stars for my experience if the yelp site allowed. This dealership is run by con artists and their service department is staffed by lazy technicians. I purchased my car from them brand new in 2014 and only took the car to them for routine service for the next 4 and a half years. In May of 2018 my car broke down. I had the car towed to them and they found a black substance in my radiator, radiator hoses, and engine. They charged me $436 to fix the car. The car broke down again the next day. Once the car broke down for the second time, they told the maker of my car KIA, that I must have dumped a substance into my vehicle. They refused to return my vehicle for 4 months, during which time they attempted to have the vehicle repossessed. I sued them and the case was thrown out due to the judge ordering that I must handle this problem in arbitration rather than small claims court. At the behest of their lawyer, they finally returned my vehicle to me after 4 months. I believe that during my last oil change one of their inexperienced (or maybe the person was just neglectful?) technicians dumped oil into my radiator during an oil change. In an attempt to avoid responsibility for the damage done to the vehicle this dealership attempted to get the car repossessed. Do not trust this dealership with your car. read more

Unfortunately I am totally disappointed with this dealership. Granted, my husband and I had a few difficulties when purchasing a vehicle, but these guys ultimately gave us the run around for DAYS! No joke, an entire weekend wasted because WE DID NOT PURCHASE NOR WOULD WE EVER PURCHASE FROM HERE. The financing options were just awful and any wise person would not succumb to them. We walked away from the deal because I just felt inside how wrong it was. Purchasing a vehicle should not be as difficult as they made it. I have purchased 2 other new vehicles and the whole process went much smoother. After walking away from this dealership, we went to Ford, they gave us zero run around, 0% financing and just made it happen! I was so thankful and also irritated that Hawkinson kept making the process like they were doing us a favor when in actuality they were just trying to get us to sign for a crummy car and a crummy deal. These are the kind of guys that sadly give purchasing a car and car salesmen a bad rap. This dealership continued to call us - even before we had pulled out of the lot and continued to try to make the deal. They didn't get the idea that it just was not going to happen. After all of this we received a ridiculous email of who I think is Hawkinson himself pretending to cry and asking why we did not purchase a vehicle from them. Clear and simple, they were offering horrible deals, and no way could I trust them. This dealership made it almost damn near impossible, where Ford took only a few hours and were as helpful as can be. How come Hawkinson dealership could only offer awful deals and barely get that to work but the other dealership was stellar and understood our exact situation and needs. I would really be cautious here. They make it way too hard at this location when ultimately it does not have to be. If anybody from the dealership reads this, I hope one day you do away with that horrible marketing of Hawkinson whining in the email when a person does not purchase a vehicle. I got a 2014 Kia Soul almost two years ago but I didn't bye it from this dealership but this is the closest dealership to my house so I have been going here to get my oil changed. The first year and a half I had no problem but 6 months ago my passenger head light was go out and on but when I told them this they said it was just that I wasn't clicking it over all the way. That night it happened again and trust me I was clicking it over all the way. I took it in again and had to stress to them for 15 min about how it really wasn't working and it should be under warranty well they ended up fixing it and told me I need three different lights changed and it would be $30.00 a light I told them to wait. When I got my car back my latch that opens my gas the rubber cover over it was off. I was so upset you would think after giving this place my business for more than a year and a half and they can't treat me and my car with respect. After all of that I went to auto zone in Richton Park and told them about my lights and they changed all three light for $12.00!! read more

I purchased a 2014 Kia Sorrento from this dealership and it was the same service I would have received at any other normal dealership. They say they are about the customer but honestly they are out for your money, the second you walk out of the building with the car you are no longer a concern to them. I went back to them for an oil change and ended up with another vehicle 2014 Kia Cadenza. After hours of talking and coming up with a deal it took them about an hour before someone was sent to get the car out of the showroom then they realize the battery was dead. It took another hour to get the car out in order to test drive. After I signed for the car they tell me I am unable to take this car home because it still needs to be 100% approved by the bank. I was called and told the car was the ready the next day, when I arrive the car was on the side of the building so walked over to it. There was garbage from someone driving it, the owner's family member who works at the dealer ship took the car home. When I test drove the car it had about 25 miles on it that day the car had 114 miles on it. I am already signed and stuck with this car. I know now that this isn't even that car I wanted. I was lied to about the options and features this car has, I was also lied to about what Kia cars are available. They held my deposit and wouldn't give it back to me till I contacted Kia, I was told I would be getting floor mats that was also help till I contacted Kia, the floor mats I did receive weren't even or the car that I purchased. I agree with the other review, Jeremy Walton is good at just telling you what you want to hear. This is bad business and till today they have not been able help me. The car they sold me two and half months ago for $37k is now only worth 25K to them. I have been going to the Kia in ORLAND PARK, IL since. They have a larger selection of cars to choose from and the customer's service is just amazing. I used to sell cars. Cars actually sell themselves. But I KNOW most people don't like to be pursued like a piece of meat in a shark-infested ocean. With that said, Hawkinson Kia may actually be the EXCEPTION! One of the managers, was making follow up calls for my salesperson-Jeff Kramer, was very cordial. Jeff didn't approach me like 'fresh meat'. He actually let me walk around and maybe after 10-15 minutes asked me if there was anything I needed help with. Most car dealerships are 'Wham, Bam, thank you Ma'am (or Sir)! Hawkinson Kia does not use that approach. Not only did I get a car that fits my budget, but I didn't have to be raked over coals for extra money. Very comfortable atmosphere and they work together, not against each other. They want you to feel like a part of their family, not just a customer. I won't mention any other dealerships in the SAME mall and have similar used inventory that has 'Hyundai' in the name. I even tried CarMax for a good deal. But by far, I was impressed with Hawkinson Kia. My first choice was Homewood Chevorlet, but unfortunately they weren't interested in me, just selling a car. Where do I start? I came in to purchase a 2014 Kia Optima SX Turbo. What a horrible experience at Hawkinson Kia, I will not recommend anyone going there! The reason I came in here was because I had called Mike Hamilton regarding a TrueCar price. I fought with them over the phone and they finally said they would honor the TrueCar price. Mike Hamilton spoke with the manager Audrey Mendoza and left me a voicemail informing me that they would honor the price, and to print out the certificate. I arrive at the dealership the next day and Mike Hamilton is not present. A person by the name of MATT BUCEY "helped" me. I type his name in capital letters because I want to make people aware of the ignorance this "salesperson" has. Long story short he agreed to the TrueCar price and ran my credit, made me print out check stubs. The color car I wanted was not in stock. I then asked to see the same car in any color just to see it one more time. They pull the car into the bay, and it is a 2014 Optime SXL not the SX Turbo. MATT BUCEY says "THIS WILL BE EXACT CAR YOU WILL BE BUYING EXCEPT YOURS WILL BE IN BLUE". I said, really? Because this is the SXL not the SX Turbo. He then said "it's the same thing" Five minutes later Nick Renfroe comes in through the bay and says, "you must be Erick". We shook hands and immediately said "I see you are looking at the SXL now, and not the SX TURBO". We go back inside and discuss the price, and explain to Nick Renfroe and said how MATT BUCEY had already agreed to sell me the car for the TrueCar price. Nick immediately said no. I tried to explain to Nick that my credit was checked already, MATT BUCEY made me print out check stubs etc... Nick then tells me, "MATT BUCEY is just a kid, he doesn't know anything, you probably know more about this car then he does". As far as the price they didn't honor it. What did I do? I went to EVERGREEN KIA and had a great salesperson by the name of BRIAN BINDER give me a MUCH BETTER deal than the ignorant people at Hawkinson. DO NOT COME TO HAWKINSON!! I purchased my first car at this location after looking at their website to find the specific vehicles that I was interested in based on my budget. Chris Williams (sales consultant) was helping me along the way. He was extremely helpful and ACTUALLY listened to my needs and sincerely cared. He was not trying to get me to listen to what he wanted me to do, but was rather trying to help me find just what I needed. Unfortunately there was a salesperson who tried to interrupt and began pressuring me to look at cars over my budget; he was refused to listen to what I wanted and was determined to make me purchase a car that was over my budget. In the end it was Chris's service that made me stay and as a result I found an AMAZING CAR ! I was also very pleased that the dealership were people of their word and when I reminded them of what they said they would do, they followed through on it. read more

I bought I a 2014 Kia Soul from this dealership. I had the car for only 5 months when the engine cut off on me at a stop light. I get the car sent to hawkison Kia and I let a few weeks go by before I call to get an epa (estimated part arrival) on the engine. At the time they tell me a few days but it's now been over a month and still no new information. I use this car to uber which is my main source of income and not having my vehicle for over a month with no information is frustrating. Brian K. the General manager spoke with me over the phone regarding possible refinancing and possibly trading one of my vehicles for the purchase. I brought along my aunt who was also prepared to buy a vehicle. When we arrived and was greeted buy a gracious african american woman who took a survey and gave us a $15 target card and then she alerted Brian K. (General Manager) that we were there for our 10 a.m. appointment. Once he was notified, it appeared that he didn't want to deal with us so he passed us off to another african american sales person to assist us. While speaking with the African american sales person he then walked over and interrupted him and told us that he was not in the business of refinancing but he could "unload" my vehicle if that was what I wanted. I reiterated that "I told you on the phone the reason I was there was specifically for refinancing not unloading". I then proceeded to tell him that was not quite what I was looking for but he proceeded to say (argue) in front of the entire show room that he didn't discuss anything of the sorts. I told him that this was what I discussed with him and you told me to "come in" let's talk about it. I didn't expect to discuss the conversation in front of the show room. Not only was this unprofessional but very unfortunate for Kia Hawkinson because he lost two possible vehicle purchases. Fortunately for us we receive two $15 target cards for showing up that day. I would not recommend anyone to go to Kia Hawkson. The Mattesosn auto mall dealerships have shown to have more of an attitude of "they are doing you a favor" and fabricating there positions versus trying simply see the needs of the customer with courteous behavior and professionalism. My family and I have had the worst experience with these dealerships. Whether you are a doctor or paying cash for a vehicle they don't seem to get it, they do work on commission. I will continue to deal with carmax or infiniti when it comes to getting professional customer service. read more

I chatted back and forth to Mike about possibly signing a lease, and told him all the exact specifics on my trade. So when Jeremy Walton called me and told me he could get me into a great car for $449 a month and pay off my lease I was very pleased. I spoke with Jeremy the next day to verify all the rebates and the amount they would give me for my trade...$18,200 is what he said," We were good for". So needless to say I said great I will be there to pick up the car. Drive there and suddenly things changed. He can no longer give me the amount he verified twice over the phone for my trade. Now I understand the amount changes due condition etc... but when I tell you all the details about the car we should not be off by $3,000 for the trade amount and you should not say you ARE A MAN OF YOUR WORD BECAUSE YOU CLEARLY ARE NOT! Typical Bait and Switch dealership. Was quoted a price on Internet from Rosa, a 2015 soul only thing we really had to have was automatic transmission. Got a excellent quote called to asked Rosa if it was automatic and destination charges included, she said yes on both, told her we would be in later that day, we called on our way to make sure car was available, Rosa said yes, I asked again if it was automatic, she again said yes. Got to the dealership asked for Rosa, GM jumped out from behind desk saying Rosa is busy she told us you were coming but he didn't know what we were looking for again, please remind him, said oh yeah she quoted you on two different one's, I said no just one. Well they came out with two different ones with $2000.00 price difference. Went out to look at the one I was quoted on and it was manual transmission. At that point I told my girlfriend let's go, total salesman I told Rosa I don't have time for games and this Bait and switch is BS. Got into car and left. Went To Willowbrook Kia Who Couldn't match Hawks 2015 But Would Do So On 2014 Which They Clearly Honored there price match guarantee. I probably would have rated higher if they had actually call me back... I went in for a routine Oil change. I have big pink eyelashes on my headlights. When I drove into the shop and told the gentleman what I was there for, I made absolutely sure to tell him about the lashes. (I had had the exact same experience at another KIA dealership the year before.) Anyways, I told him that the lashes need to be held back away from the car when the hood was being closed or they would get smashed and broken. I even went so far as to show him how to do it. Upon returning to pick up my vehicle, two lashes on each side were stuck under the hood. When I brought it up to the guy I explained it to when I arrived, he said he would fix it but really he just opened the hood and moved them out. They were still broken and bent backwards. I am not normally one to complain, but I specifically informed them what to do when I dropped off my car. I was told that the manager would call me so we could discuss reimbursement for the lashes but I never received that call... Just truly disappointed in KIA's services... read more

After getting the vehicle home I noticed that a few buttons on the radio were sticking. I did not think this was a big deal since the car was still under warranty. After taking the car in to get fixed I find out that the previous owner has spilt something inside of the radio that has caused the buttons to stick. Since there was something spilled inside the car (water damage) the warranty will not cover this. It is going to cost $450 to have this fixed! The dealership basically said that they could do nothing for me and will not cover the cost to have this replaced since I noticed this after I purchased the car and drove it for a few days. If this dealership claims that they perform an inspection of all their used vehicles than why would they not disclose the fact that there were several buttons on the radio not working? I asked several questions about the car before buying including asking about the condition of the car including the inside and out. I also requested a carfax report on the car. I was told that the car has absolutely no problems and that they only put their best used cars on the lot. The dealership also claims that they perform a 150-Point Plus Mechanical Inspection on their used vehicles. This was clearly a lie and just a ploy to sell me a car. I am very disappointed in the dealership and they will never receive my business again. Customers are the most important aspect of having a successful business and this dealership did nothing to help me out with regard to fixing something that was wrong with the car when I purchased it. They also failed to return several phone calls when I called about having my radio fixed. I have yet to hear back from them regarding this issue and it has been over 3 months. Also after leaving the lot I noticed that the car barely had any gas in it; less than 14 of a tank. While I realize that most dealers will not provide a full tank of gas on a used car I at least expected to have enough gas to last me longer than 20 minutes. I contacted the dealer when I arrived home to let them know that I was unhappy with the amount of gas that was in the car and he basically said sorry we didn't notice that but there is nothing to can do for you at this point. read more

On January 13th 2014 I took my 2012 Kia Sorento to Hawkinson Kia to work on my malfunctioning remote start that I purchased from them and they installed when I purchased the car from them. One of the issues is they claim to have no record of previous visits to try to fix the problem. I have gone there approx twice a year to fix the problem but I conveniently was never given a receipt for any visits and there were no charges. I went on 1/14/14 and specifically asked that I speak with the technician before they work on it and I was told that was fine. I wait in the waiting room and after 30 minutes I told there is nothing wrong with the remote start and I cannot talk to the technician because he left. I said of course the remote start is going to work right now, I just drove for 45 minutes and the engine is still warm. The remote start does not work if the outside temperature is below approx 45 degrees. Apparently Hawkinson Kia charged me $500 dollars and went to a third party vendor. For the past couple of years I was lied to and Hawkinson Kia kept telling me that they did not go to a third party vendor. On Jan 14th they came clean and told me about the third party vendor and referred me to them and go to their location. I refused because I purchased my remote start from Hawkinson Kia, not the third party vendor. Then I was taken on a test drive for another Sorento to see if I wanted to trade in my current Sorento and purchase a new one. I couldn't believe that was their attempt to fix the problem. Then I spoke to a customer service manager named Ben Hawkinson. He assured me he would be able to help me and the reason was because he confidently told me that his name was on the signs outside. I asked that they remove the remote start because it does not work the way it should. I thought I was being reasonable when I also asked for partial refund of $250 (50% of cost of remote start). Ben stated he would not refund the money and take the remote start but would give me a $250 of a credit at their service dept. I didn't feel comfortable with that because I was still going to have a remote start that did not work properly and also was not installed by their own service dept. When I bought the car, Hawkinson Kia decided to go to a third party, not me. I couldn't believe the manager Ben Hawkinson got frustrated and began to swear at me when I was talking to him in the most calm and respectful way that an unsatisfied customer could. Ben Hawkinson walked away and said he was going to come back with my original purchase contract. I waited about 30 minutes and he never came back. He was sitting behind the counter so I approached him and asked what happened. He stated he told me he would call me back the next day, which he didn't. He left me waiting for him to come back with my contract. He never called me back. I called Kia Motors in less than a week later and they told me they would get back to me, they never did either. I went to the service dept on Monday April 7th to get required routine maintenance done and I asked about the credit I was offered (with no follow up call). Ben Hawkinson was called over the phone and gave me $100 credit because I supposedly declined the offer of $250 on Jan 13th. I did not decline it, I was waiting for the follow up call. I can't believe the treatment and lack of consideration for a loyal customer who purchases 2 vehicles. read more
