I have been in the rental business (single family homes) for over 35 years now. I have managed these homes myself, hired and fired management teams, and I finally found the best company ever! Ed Hochman, the owner of Hawk Management is the best manager out there. I had a home that was destroyed by previous tenants while being managed by someone else. Be very careful of this company. Recently we finished contract and moved out. We put big efforts to clean as much as possible but was charged large amount of deep cleaning fee from our deposit. In addition, they charged backyard fee. the house is in community and HOA is responsible for maintaining the back yard. When we gave notice of moving out the company did not notice us need deep cleaning and there is no requirement of deep cleaning in contract. We believe that we cleaned to the level similar to the level when we moved in. indeed we are reliable and always maintain and clean renting house or apartment with no any damage and get back full deposit in the past. we contacted the company for the unreasonable charge by email and no response. So be very careful they have your deposit and they can charge you unreasonably. read more
