And the application process is too extreme!! Jim Walls must have been screwed over in his life multiple times and he is just disappointed with everything. They ask you for things that should not even be asked for when renting a house. They asked for 10 times more than mortgage companies selling a house to someone, which is a life long commitment. If you are interested in renting a home, do not go through this company!! They will string you along and have you paying fees to run applications that I do not believe ever get ran. They most likely use Rentspree like everyone else because this never showed on my credit report. They pretty much deny everyone, which is funny because people like myself that have extremely high credit scores and have 4 times or more the income, they just deny you because. They ask too many questions about your bank accounts, which is crazy because they act like you shouldn't spend not one cent, like people aren't supposed to live!! They are a joke and ridiculous!! I rented a home but through rentspree and it was less of a headache and cheaper and the results went fast, not weeks at a time. I pay my rent 2 weeks ahead of time and have not missed a beat. Worst part is if you call the office, they act like they don't know anything and act like there are so many departments in that tiny office.
