My camera was just about dust, the volume only worked on speaker phone, I could no longer update apps. It was time. It should be noted that I have actually gone in to get a new phone at different locations and walked out due to aggressive sales tactics and just not feeling heard. Maybe I'm stubborn, or old school but when it comes to phones, I just need it to work and take decent photos. Greg was calm, professional and understood what I wanted. He still went over all of my options and upgrade deals but did not push back when I didn't show interest in certain packages. I gave him my game plan and let him know I'm not interested in all the bells and whistles. He was very accommodating. I was in and out in less than an hour and got a much needed upgrade without any stress. I will only go to this location moving forward! Thank you!

Whenever we asked for clarification on things we didn't understand, her answers were vague and unhelpful. The interaction made the entire room feel tense. Connection is good unless there's a problem and there's always a problem. Spectrum now has the same equipment and they are much better and cheaper. Go with them instead.
