I get to the counter and the employee scans my first item with no problem. When it came to the second set, she goes "oh that's whole foods so cancel the return" and turns around and moves on. I'm like ok. I'm assuming she met change the receipt to ups receipt so she can process my return?! But beforehand, what happened to hi, hello, how can I help? Or hi, making a return? They'll let you know the pick up times for UPS, USPS (think priority flat rate boxes), etc. so if you record the times in your contacts you can be sure to get your boxes out timely. Upon entering, I felt a bit anxious returning such a big machine. Worried I was not going to be able to return it or worried I was going to be given a hard time. Boy was I wrong! Upon entering, there was a line but it moved quickly. Once it was my turn, I was met with a professional and pleasant "hello, I can help you here". The young lady that helped me completed my refund within a minute! All the while making me feel welcomed and not rushed at all. The entire staff that day could teach a class on customer service to a lot of businesses that lack it because they nailed it. It was send to distribution center and back to the servicing branch which is Ewa Beach. Tracking says it was out for delivery the next day. It didn't end up being delivered and said it should be the next day. No further update. So I go to the post office and Ryan was helpful trying to look everywhere for the two envelopes. Even said she would give them back to me. She checked with her Lead Josh who I hear saying that delivery times are not guaranteed. One job here. Get mail delivered on time. I get issues with weather but we are on an island, and how do both envelopes have the exact same thing happen to them? Just needed my legal documents to get there when the expected date that was stamped on the certified ticket that was given to me. I could have taken to FedEx and had no issue, probably even paid less than I did. Such a waste of my time and money. No I just have to wait until they find them, if they do.

We had already shipped our Jeep through the military and that was the most stressful and unnecessarily painful journey from start to finish. It made me more nervous about shipping our Tesla especially since we weren't on mainland anymore. I contacted Coastal Auto Shipping after reading multiple reviews and thumbing through many different shippers profiles. Richard was so helpful, he asked a few questions via text and then helped me finish up by giving me a call. He answered quickly and I was never unable to reach him. There is a small time difference because we are on island time but that was never an issue and he was there for the entire process which made me feel better as well. My parents had our Tesla in Arizona and it was picked up from their house. They said the driver was helpful, quick and efficient. So easy! I was actually jealous that they had it so easy because when we dropped our Jeep off we were picking small hairs one by one out of a 2012 Jeep Jk just to drop it off. While it was free through the military, I will NEVER go through them again. We will be shipping our cars back through Coastal Auto Shipping. Our car got here in record time and faster than we expected which was a great surprise because sharing one car wasn't hard but wasn't all that convenient either. We got an email it had arrived, our name wasn't connected to the car so we talked to Richard and then were quickly back on track to grab our car. We were in and out faster than you could name the 7 dwarfs! If I could give them more stars I'd absolutely do it!
