    chicken dippers (burnt)

Overpriced, dirty, terrible waterpark. Literally do not go here. The water is cloudy and dirty and it's overall super crowded and they let too many people in the park for it's size HERES THE WORST PART OF MY EXPERIENCE : I asked if I could get dole whip since they just started serving it and there's a big sign that says "NOW SERVING DOLE WHIP" The worker literally looked at me and said... "what's that?" I pointed to the sign and he shrugged. He also didn't know the names of any of the drinks at the H Tea O shack. I really wanted the dole whip and was pissed they didn't have it. Then, I ordered 6 chicken dippers fries and a drink for $13... When it came out to me they were very dark brown (kinda burnt) and the worker said to me "I promise they're not burnt I cooked them and tried one myself they are good" .... None of them wearing gloves or taking food safety precautions and were extremely unprofessional. Just don't go here

Our family loved Hawaiian Falls in Waco. We went in July of 2022 and got there at opening time. Parking was easy and we were able to find a close spot. We brought our own coolers and it was no prob carding them in with us. The park was the perfect size for our seven-year-old son to explore the entire place and ride the rides multiple times. We especially loved that even though he is not a strong swimmer, he was able to get into all the shallow pools and have plenty of fun without wearing a bulky lifejacket all day. We brought own own life jacket for the larger rides and it was fine. The lifeguards even caught him at the bottom! They were awesome! Our attendant at our cabana was wonderful and checked on us often. The safe was super handy to have. The bathrooms were clean. And the lines were short.. We will be back next summer!

No implementation of COVID procedures. Honestly the state should probably shut this place down. Our family has already had COVID-19 months ago, so we are a little more lax when it comes to extra precautions regarding COVID. HOWEVER, this place is... gross. Pandemic or not. The bathrooms are disgusting and smell like death and DIRTY. Changing spaces were disgusting. Tables were dirty and I never not once saw anyone clean or sanitize anything. No social distancing around concession areas. Hand sanitizer station was completely out.. all day. Luckily we took our own disinfectant and sanitizer. Cause ewe. Wish I would have thought to take more pictures. Especially of the table we sat down at.. so gross. Will not be returning under any circumstance. If you're looking for somewhere to take the kids, skip this place.

The lifeguard floats ALL were worn down to the foam and shredding.

Please please do not go here ! This place is a huge safety and health hazard. In our first visit and a short one might I add it didn't take long to see the many things that were falling apart and unsafe. The lines upon entry were not clearly defined and had one person working so it was slow to get in ... I get it understaffed maybe no biggie. When we entered there were no life jackets available (we arrived 2 hours after opening). We noticed the ground was rocky because there were tiny pieces of gravel breaking off of the water pd and being spread out (it hurt real bad to walk on). We all walked around tried all the areas and swam a little in each pool before leaving. We noticed there were not enough of any tube or mat for the water slides, 4-6 in total for the whole park. There were broken wooden poles at all the lines that exposed metal and wood shavings. The water was soo nasty. In the lazy river there was a ton of sand, trash and grass/leaves. Aside from the awful upkeep and the park looking like a safety nightmare I was actually asked to leave because I was taking pictures of things. The area director approached me and let me know he didn't like me taking pictures and that if I wasn't going to spend time enjoying the park with my family and put away my phone I had to leave. Please protect yourself and your family and stay away from this place.

This is Breaker Bay wave pool. Pic was reform while pool was closed.

Went here with family while visiting Belton for a few days. I haven't been to water park in ages!…read moreSo it was a nice way to cool off in the Texas heat for the afternoon. It's a basic waterpark. - 2 big slides. One of which being a tube slide. - an area for little kids and toddlers. - lazy river. - swing thing. - cabanas and reserved tables. - snack stand - general store - bathrooms. There really isn't an area where you go and get tubes from a pile. You just kinda have to scope out the lazy river and find a tube that's abandoned. The big slides are CRAZY fast! I am telling you to watch out for the tube slide that's multicolored! The speed I was going was nuts, combined with the fact it had me going backwards unintentionally was kinda scary. I got a bruise trying to position myself so I could drop out into the pool without seriously flipping over or injuring myself. The bruise is still visible 2 days later. I didn't wanna ride that slide anymore. Didn't trust it. All in all, it's a nice little park where you can beat the heat. If you don't mind crowds or tons of people in a lazy river. It's not horrible but it's not awe inspiring either lol.

We used to really enjoy coming here, but lately it just has not been great…read more 1. Charging six flag prices for one flag entertainment; the park is not that great. 2. The pools look like they have not been cleaned in weeks. 3. If slides are shutdown, let the kids know this before they grab a tube and begin their ascend to the top only to be told "Sorry." Put someone at the bottom, it's common sense.

The workers varied from really nice and helpful to grumpy and appearing to hate their jobs. The place in general is a money pit, but I think you know that going into it. We happened to get in on a BOGO special. Otherwise the price seems crazy high. The roller coaster was one activity that seemed to be running very inefficient. It took forever for them to load the carts. They did jump workers around to different activities so everything isn't always open and the times posted didn't actually match up to when they were open.

That's when we found out that for $30 you could get one hour of free play on non ticketed games. We bought one card and were able to play the Walking Dead rail shooter, the entire campaign of the Halo rail shooter, and some Cruisin' to wrap up the night. It was a Friday night, so they were pretty busy but it's such a huge arcade that it really never is a problem. The staff were all super nice and made me feel welcomed. There is a pretty great selection of games at Tom Foolery. I do wish they had an NBA Jam style arcade machine or more "mature" games like Halo and Walking Dead, but beggars can't be choosers. If you've ever wanted to just be a guy and run through full arcade game campaigns, the Tom's Power Hour deal is absolutely worth it. I will be back one day to beat the Jurassic Park campaign.
