Cute Waterpark, we came a few times over the summer, it's always crowded but still a nice place to spend a hot day!

Excellent water park for the whole family!…read more We got there when it opened at 1130 am. The employees checked our bags and cooler for our safety. Paid at the entrance for day pass. Nice and easy. We brought our own cooler with drinks and snacks but if you don't have a cooler, there's a concession stand that sells snacks and drinks. Plus they have cold water coolers for everyone to refill with your water bottle. Got kiddy section, lazy river, huge water slides. They got Easy, intermediate and extra scary slides for the brave. Clean restrooms with ac, benches with tables, huge umbrellas for everyone sold me! I will definitely come here with my family again. Oh, life guards were on it too!

Prices have gone up since last year for admissions and food, but they're still reasonable compared to other water parks. You can actually bring a cooler full of food for $5 (no glass nor alcohol allowed). There's an area for everyone: Toddlers - kiddie pool with small slide Little Kids - splash pad with three slides and massive water bucket Big Kids - two slides connecting to the lazy river and four bumpy slides for races Relaxers - tubes in the lazy river and shaded lounge chairs Swimmers - open pool The food isn't bad and the staff doesn't really engage. It's a good enough place to cool down for the summer. Pro tip - wear water shoes because the concrete gets blistering hot as you're trying to walk from one location to another.

I took the family (loving wife and two children) for surf lessons a little bit ago. The instructor, Danny, was late to our lesson and didn't really teach our kids how to surf. Instead he spent the majority of the time drawing pictures in the sand. The majority of the other staff seemed to reek of marijuana. This caused my wife great concern since these people are supposed to be in the water keeping the guests safe and instead were impaired! The photographer was incredibly rude and unhelpful, telling us to "Go online" when we asked to purchase the photos of our children's surf session. They did have a shop dog who was cute, until he urinated on the floor. The food staff were incredibly dismissive of my wife's order. Not to mention, the food was cold. I requested a refund due to the lackluster service and experience, however, they only credit. Surf Ranch in California serves as a more desirable alternative, especially if you want a more wholistic experience.

Looking forward to visiting again. We didn't try the food since we were allowed to bring our own.

Matthew greeted us with friendly smiles and walked us to our cabana. They had a nice welcome sign for us, which was so sweet. The cabana featured a safe, a small refrigerator with bottles of water, a TV and ample seating for our family of 9. Our server Logan was incredible. One of the best service experience I've ever had at a water park. Everything we ordered was delivered with care and kindness. I do wish there were more tables in the cabana though. The water park itself was really great. The kids had a blast on the zip line, lazy river, slides, and play area. Note: Towels are available.

We specifically planned our day around visiting the water park and arrived around 1 PM expecting to stay until closing. Unfortunately, the park was closed around 4 PM due to approaching weather. While I completely understand that safety comes first, what disappointed me was how ResortPass handled the situation afterward. Despite the fact that we lost most of the experience we paid for and had no opportunity to return because my family had already left the country, ResortPass only offered a 50% refund. They based their calculation on the park's total operating hours rather than the actual circumstances of our visit. Parking costs were not addressed, and the fact that future tickets would be useless to us seemed to be ignored. After further discussions, the only additional compensation offered was a 20% discount on a future ResortPass booking, which provides little value considering the situation. Customer service was polite, but the final resolution felt disappointing and did not reflect the unique circumstances of our visit. I expected a company that values customer experience to handle this situation more fairly. Would not book through ResortPass / Paradise Springs again based on how this issue was resolved.

This park truly feels like once in a lifetime experience! I…read moredon't hike often, however, felt this was a worthwhile trip. We decided to head there in the morning. It was about an hour drive from Fort Worth, and it's eight dollars per person to enter the park. Your access gives you the ability to visit all national parks for the period in which you bought your ticket so 24 hours total. There's various trials you can do, we ultimately ended up doing two, and the moderate one is quite difficult due to the terrain. However, the overlook was a straightforward trail with a beautiful view at the end. I would say the times a lot to each trail are accurate, you wanna ensure you get there early because it does get hot in mind you it is Texas in the summertime. We packed lots of snacks, and had our water. We also took some time to dip our feet in and look at the Dino tracks up close. There's so many ways you can spend your day here, however, some quick exercise, and beautiful views definitely doesn't go wrong! You also get the opportunity to learn lots, and we took the time to take all the knowledge we could by reading through the exhibit in the welcome center. (:
