Kids area

I've been bringing my grandkids here for a very long time. The hours are perfect. We all love the new waterslide & swimming area. We always pack our coolers and stay all day. And the concessions are a great price. We happened to go on a day when it was not crowded. We always have a great time.

The area for kids, that bucket fills then turns over & splashes on everyone waiting below

Nice waterpark & good for hot Texas weather. Reasonably priced. Only thing I didnt like is that they dont have a pool. They have a lazy river, several slides & an area for smaller guests & children, but no actual pool. I still had fun.

This place is sooo much fun!!!! #waterbucketdump

I love this place! Second time here and the kids love it too!! Just the right amount of fun!! The food is good and they even have vegan options as well

The prices are very reasonable but they just take to much time to make it!

Fun place for children, but most of the time it's extremely crowded! Make sure to reserve yourself a cabana so you'll have a place to rest.

Family and I had a great time at the Paradise Springs Water Park…read more We booked a cabana a few weeks in advance. It came with a parking pass, and entry into the park. Matthew greeted us with friendly smiles and walked us to our cabana. They had a nice welcome sign for us, which was so sweet. The cabana featured a safe, a small refrigerator with bottles of water, a TV and ample seating for our family of 9. Our server Logan was incredible. One of the best service experience I've ever had at a water park. Everything we ordered was delivered with care and kindness. I do wish there were more tables in the cabana though. The water park itself was really great. The kids had a blast on the zip line, lazy river, slides, and play area. Note: Towels are available.

We specifically planned our day around visiting the water park and arrived around 1 PM expecting to stay until closing. Unfortunately, the park was closed around 4 PM due to approaching weather. While I completely understand that safety comes first, what disappointed me was how ResortPass handled the situation afterward. Despite the fact that we lost most of the experience we paid for and had no opportunity to return because my family had already left the country, ResortPass only offered a 50% refund. They based their calculation on the park's total operating hours rather than the actual circumstances of our visit. Parking costs were not addressed, and the fact that future tickets would be useless to us seemed to be ignored. After further discussions, the only additional compensation offered was a 20% discount on a future ResortPass booking, which provides little value considering the situation. Customer service was polite, but the final resolution felt disappointing and did not reflect the unique circumstances of our visit. I expected a company that values customer experience to handle this situation more fairly. Would not book through ResortPass / Paradise Springs again based on how this issue was resolved.

It's just odd that it's open on Mondays but closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Should they even be open on Mondays? Note that they are very strict about no outside food or beverages since they offer concessions. We didn't check out the concessions but it advertised bubble tea and the pizza looked good. Because we went during off season, the outdoor wave pool was closed. Note that you have to pay for the Flowrider (surf and wake boarding) separately. That's unfortunate as Epic Waters is double the price of other similar water parks that do include the Flowrider. All but one slide were for 48 inches or taller (the one slide was 42"). The mats for the four side-by-side slides are at the end of those slides. The double tubes for the other slides are on the opposite side. You walk up the same stairs to get to all slides. There weren't too many staff members walking around but enough for you to ask for directions. The lazy pool was a good distance as you got around in about eight minutes. Every 5 minutes or so came the waves which can be nauseating (not relaxing) but fun. The Splash Pad area was a decent size for toddlers. I wish there were more slides there. There are plenty of tables and chairs around the Splash Pad. I would only go again if it's offered with our Get Out passes. Otherwise, I wouldn't spend that much money on this indoor water park.

Excellent water park for the whole family!…read more We got there when it opened at 1130 am. The employees checked our bags and cooler for our safety. Paid at the entrance for day pass. Nice and easy. We brought our own cooler with drinks and snacks but if you don't have a cooler, there's a concession stand that sells snacks and drinks. Plus they have cold water coolers for everyone to refill with your water bottle. Got kiddy section, lazy river, huge water slides. They got Easy, intermediate and extra scary slides for the brave. Clean restrooms with ac, benches with tables, huge umbrellas for everyone sold me! I will definitely come here with my family again. Oh, life guards were on it too!

Prices have gone up since last year for admissions and food, but they're still reasonable compared to other water parks. You can actually bring a cooler full of food for $5 (no glass nor alcohol allowed). There's an area for everyone: Toddlers - kiddie pool with small slide Little Kids - splash pad with three slides and massive water bucket Big Kids - two slides connecting to the lazy river and four bumpy slides for races Relaxers - tubes in the lazy river and shaded lounge chairs Swimmers - open pool The food isn't bad and the staff doesn't really engage. It's a good enough place to cool down for the summer. Pro tip - wear water shoes because the concrete gets blistering hot as you're trying to walk from one location to another.

Went around 3pm on a Thursday and getting in to park was the easiest part of the day. We walked in and tried to scan our cards and the girl tells me one of my cards is just for parking and the other card is invalid. She continues to look at me until I finally asked "do I need to go to guest services?" And she mumbled a yes. Get to guest services and you can see plenty of people inside but only one window is being utilized. An employee finally comes to the window and I explain what happened in line, he goes above and beyond trying to help me get the situation resolved. He takes a picture of what he has just in case and thankfully he did as when I went back into line, the card on the app still didn't work. This girl looked confused but she called someone over to help her and we got it resolved. I was surprised to find a chair but if I tell you the chairs are sitting on top of each other so be prepared to get to know your neighbor. So apparently we haven't come in a while as when I got into the lazy river I was looking for tubes only to find out you have to rent them! $15 for a single tube and you can't bring your own. Also not a fan of the you can only enter/exit at certain spots. Wave pool - yeah, no tubes allowed in there. You have grown folks using life vest to float on or grown folks with life vest on to float in the deepest end. You can't bring any outside food or drinks in but are welcome to go to your car and come back in to continue your day. As I said, it's been a minute since we came although we are season card members however my 17 year old was ready to go, said he could have more fun at the local pool.
