I've been coming for the last 3 months and continue to be very happy with the service and results. Not only is my pincer nail always treated and trimmed carefully and expertly, the pedicures are well done and last for over 4 weeks (just using regular polish, not gel). I haven't tried the Japanese gel manicure yet, but I'm waiting for a special occasion to make the splurge. There's only a couple of downsides: 1) the prices are very high and 2) the massages are too soft. For example, I've paid $4 or $5 for callous removal at other salons, but they charge $10 here. Otherwise, I have no other complaints. I love the ease of the online booking system. The salon is clean and has a very chill vibe.

All techs wear the same matching scrubs, and sometimes it's seasonal, which is cute. :) I've been told that assignment of techs is rotated but idk if it's per client or per day. I can't remember if we can request techs although all the techs I've encountered so far (and I see them all the time) are good and competent and their procedures are consistent. Same-day appointments are usually possible as long as you call early enough in the day, even on weekends (their hours are 9-5). The price has remained competitive as well which I appreciate. I often have a hard time choosing colors because what's in the bottle may not look the same on my nails. I really appreciate that they'd accommodate testing the shades for side-by-side comparison so I can see which one I like best before committing. At my last appointment the tech even did alternate colors, which was fun -- thank you! :)

It's a smallish yet clean and welcoming salon. Everybody says hello when you walk in. Appointments are preferred but sometimes on a whim I pop my head in and someone is available. They are all very good technicians and my favorite is Ann. Very pleasant, not too talky and does a great job confirming what I want or don't want, if it's okay or not okay, basically checking with me so I'm satisfied. The fees are very reasonable and you may pay with credit card but must tip with cash. What makes it different than other salons I've patronized is that the technicians are not talking amongst themselves. They are focused on their client and only their client. I always leave happily satisfied with the service and my nails do keep for quite a while even if they're not gel when I give them a rest.
