Tristan really took his time, giving us plenty of options per piece, showing us how the mat and framing would look together, letting us pick and choose at our leisure. He never rushed us or made us feel like we were wasting his time. He gave us some interesting options and combinations that really helped the art we bought really stand out. The mat and frame complement the art perfectly, showcasing the art and never overshadowing it. The quality is excellent. I love looking at my art pieces when I'm in my office, and my friend loves looking at her art when she gets home everyday. One other awesome thing - I got a call from Pictures Plus when my art was about ready to get picked up. They said there was some minor damage to the matting, and they were very apologetic. They fixed it, no charge. To be honest, I probably wouldn't have noticed, but it really highlighted the quality control and standard to which they hold their framing. I also appreciated that they called me and let me know instead of trying to pass the art off to me without letting me know about the damage. I will 100% come back if I need additional items framed.
