My husband and I are so happy we selected Aloha Media Productions to document our wedding process. The company did an amazing job with everything from our engagement photos to the wedding video/photos. We had a minor hiccup with our engagement photographer due to lack of reception in the area our shoot was taking place.. we weren't able to find her because neither of us had reception.. for future encounters I would recommend contacting the photographer ahead of time to determine an easier way to meet up.. but other then that, the shoot went great. The photographer was very encouraging and made the shoot a really fun one for us. In regards to the wedding, the wedding photographers/videographers showed up on time (early in fact!) and went straight to work. We really appreciated the guidance from the photographers/videographers (all of us in the wedding were a bit camera shy), as well as their flexibility. I've worked with Johnathan on several different occasions and each encounter I would have to say that I was more than pleased with the entire experience. I think that John has a clear vision of what he wants to portray with his art and it amazes me how easily he makes it happen & brings the vision to life. I also admire how open he is to suggestions/ criticism (being that I'm really picky) because it just goes to show that although his work is amazing he isn't egotistic and his main focus is making sure the client is happy:) Often times before a shoot, I'll get really nervous and will need several minutes to warm up and get in my zone. I really appreciate how considerate John is of that and is patient enough never to rush me or seem aggravated or annoyed. He's very considerate of the clients needs and I think he takes the time to understand & adjust accordingly to their comfort. My fiancee and I booked Aloha Media Productions for our wedding after having communication issues with the first photographer we booked, and we couldn't be happier with our decision! We booked photo and video for our wedding and they offered us an engagement shoot as well, and we are so happy with the experience we want to write a review even before the wedding. From the get go they were professional and prompt in their communications, and use streamlined and easy to use online platforms for communication, payment, and photo galleries. The value for the price of their services is amazing. For our engagement shoot, our photographer Rina arrived at our chosen location 30 minutes early and discovered there was a surf competition going on there, so she suggested we go to a different beach just up the road - thanks to her professionalism we were able to pivot without losing any precious daylight time before sunset. My fiancee and I are both pretty awkward in front of the camera and this was our first time having professional photos taken, but Rina coached us while also letting us be silly and the photos turned out wonderful!
