The company sends me confirmation email and gives directions to locate the driver after arrival in the email. I then make payment online and prepare cash tip for driver. The driver monitors my plane arrival time and sends text message promptly. Instead of fighting through taxi/Uber crowds, I get direction to locate the driver at a private parking lot across the arrival hall. The driver is always polite and pleasant. He keeps his car clean. Judy who just had bone cancer surgery is a good friend whom we love and Beth did such a tremendous job of comforting her on the trip back home to Honolulu from San Francisco.
