They're super accommodating and James even offered to help me out over a holiday weekend when the shop was closed! I've been having issues with my tire and tried many spots in the area. I've even tried Tire and Wheel Performance on Route 17 and they couldn't find the issue. Gil's found the leak and plugged my tire in a few minutes. They said it would be around $200 which I thought was a tad bit higher considering Toyota Would've given me one for 150 but their waitlist was long so I decided to go ahead and book an appointment. There were no calls there were no updates. There was no "hey we found something that price has changed. Would you like us to address it?" I had to do all the calls and they were still mum about the price Reiterating it being about $200. That is until they finished their job on my car and suddenly it shot up to $293 without taxes included. Needless to say, I was shocked at that sticker price and they were less than caring a total shift from prior to that price changed So I guess if you want a $300 alignment no updates no calls. This is the place for you. But I was utterly disgusted at the lack of service lack of care in price stay very far away from this place

Even worse, I had to bring the car back two more times because new issues kept coming up after the initial work. Each visit meant taking time off work and being without a car, which was very stressful. After spending so much time and still not having the problem fixed, I now have to find another shop to get things done right. My car is not old so these occurring issues seemed to start after their work on my car began. I had asked if there was anything else they could do to help with this inconvenience, but they were not willing to work with me. EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS IN EVERY WAY!…read more After an excellent, honest, fair and high quality auto repair experience with MPAB last year, they earned my full trust and loyalty for future business. Well, today I picked up my not-so-recent Lexus, which needed a new front "under bumper" shield that was dragging, and removal of white scrapes on three corners of the car. Dave advised there was no point in replacing the bumper shield, which would have cost $1200 plus. Instead he wired it back up securely, advising it would most likely do the job..."no point spending that kind of money on this". I thanked him, asked for the bill for that labor and the touch-up painting...he waved it off and said "no charge for it...you can give a tip Bobby (who did the painting)", which of course I gladly did. WHAT???!!! WHO DOES THIS???? What an over-the-top wonderful culture and committed to customer service exists here. What a blessing to have found this establishment.
