These guys don't honor appointments that's been made and when you try getting a new one they aren't even professional enough to get back to you to establish one. Don't know how they stay in business with this approach but I guess they have a dealership contract where they double the cost so they have no time for individual customers. Had to go back no my guy I originally dealt with in NYC who's best in business and have been featured on television as a PDR pioneer. If interested I strongly recommend folks reaching out to him. His name is Chris and he's with Dent Doctor. He's mobile and serves the tri-state area by appointment where he comes to you. Oh and he's open on SATURDAYS in spite of being overly successful in the business and is fairly negotiable. I recommend customers look him up him - you won't be disappointed. Dealt with him for more than 10 years when I lived in NYC. 8/18/19 UPDATE: I can see from your response below how you're trying to deflect this very accurate review of your business practices to me mistaking you for someone else so now I'll elaborate. First and foremost by you not even keeping a record of pending or past appointments of your clients for you not to recall who I am says a lot about your business. The first issue I had with you is that you failed to show up for our first appointment without as much as a phone call or a text. I ended up wasting my day away waiting for you. It was not until the next day and only AFTER I call you that you told me the same old story of having to leave town in a hurry. While this is in itself ok, had you been a better business person you would've contacted your customer with a standing appointment and advise them at some point during the appointment day no? In spite of this I was still willing to work with you because these things do happen in life. The next attempted appointments with you were excuses after excuses and on the last one I attempted to make with you a few weeks ago, you failed to follow up with me to give me a time on the day you had an opening for. Needless to say this was the last straw for me trying to establish a relationship with you. As to your question below asking why I'm looking for a new PDR guy if I already had one. The answer is simple logistics: I now live in NJ and my guy from NY is only in NJ once a week so my schedule didn't always allow me to connect with him on those days he came to town. As such I was trying to make you my LOCAL Go-To guy in town...hopefully this isn't hard for you to understand from a business perspective. When all else failed including going to another amateur PDR guy in Jersey who only does this work "part-time" I decided to go back to the the true professional in my NY guy.
