The staff is very efficient, at least morning & day crew...night crew- is completely different-slow and don't use the 2nd drive thru window as it should be used. A couple weeks ago I stopped for a Hot fudge sundae. I waited for 8 minutes with only 1 car in front of me. They got a Single bag. Then I pull up and my sundae is milk. So I ask for a new one- she was not happy!! And when I got it- there was very little hot fudge. But today, I ordered on the app...and only one car in front of me- and I get the wrong sandwich (one without meat) and I call- Alice is very nice...but I don't want a biscuit sandwich with egg & cheese only.
