They took over the place. Yes, their remodeling it. They have no sign outside. Letting people know that they are going through a remodel that the building will be closed through such-and-such dates, which is extremely inconvenience for some of us. I have a schedule.... currently, going through my credit card company. Because they overcharged me a couple times brought that up to their attention. They told me that they are not responsible for that. But that I can contact planet beach in mantica, in regards of the double charges. Nobody wants to take responsibility for what they've done on another note. There is a lot of other people staying with them and they are not willing to grandfather them in as they should. But young ladies said is that the prices will be going up? Because they are getting new machines. So they are upgrading the building. But us the customers are getting the s***** end of the stick.
