Ultimately, we left without being acknowledged by any staff. It was frustrating, especially since we've enjoyed your food in the past and were looking forward to another great meal. While the cuisine may be excellent, the quality of service we received made us feel overlooked and unvalued as customers. I truly hope this isn't reflective of your usual standards. I'm sharing this not out of anger, but because I believe in giving honest feedback when it can help a business improve.
