I LOVE my new brows! I came to Jillian apprehensive but tired of my daily makeup routine of covering and free handing my eyebrows. I had my eyebrows tattooed on about 10 years ago and they have never looked good. Combo brows? Yes, please! I have been thinking about having my eyebrows microbladed for about 4 years but have been very nervous.....cuz it's my face and all.....after i did a ton of research about the different procedures i wanted to find a local artist with tons of experience and a track record of great work on brows. I found Jillian at Haute Ink on Yelp and Instagram. She is a true artist and professional. My brows are beautiful and very natural looking. The color she recommended is perfect for my skin tone and adds a touch of warmth to my cool skin tone. I will follow the recommendation to go back in 6-8 weeks for a touch up. They look amazing! I went with the combo brow option. The process took about an hour and there was some slight discomfort at the beginning for a short time but very easy to tolerate. I'm speaking on behalf of my mother ( she isn't really tech savvy) my mom is in love with her brow transformation. She has been shaving her eyebrows for years and waking up everyday to draw them on was starting to become tiresome so she decided to contact Jillian at haute ink & it's the best decision she's ever made! Right when we walked in she was super welcoming we loved the atmosphere . she walked my mom through every step. She stopped often to ask what my mom preferred and showed her how it was looking. She gave my mom tips on how to care for her brows after and what will happen to them during the healing process. I was very careful in finding an artist that could achieve a natural look- and Jillian did just that. I was SOOO happy with them. Super glad I went to Jillian to get my brows redone! I heard about her through a good friend, and I'm grateful I followed through. She was professional, clean, and knowledgeable. Jill totally saved my brows! I was a victim of the 90's! If you know what that is, then you know! My brows looked like tadpoles swimming towards one another lol. Before getting my eyebrows done, Jillian did a tattoo removal for me and 8 weeks later I went back for the second removal session and got my eyebrows done. I went in to Haute Ink about 2 1/2 months ago very hesitant, I had no eyebrows at all to begin with from years of plucking and shaving them. Jill was great when I arrived, she explained everything to me throughly and showed me what she was doing. She spent alot of time getting my eyebrows to my liking before she even began the microblading and shading process. When she was done I was amazed just how real they look. Ive been on the fence about getting my brows micorbladed because a lot of the artists I've seen do extremely bold brows (even after they've healed!) when I stumbled across Jillian's page I loved that her technique made my brows look so natural and full. On top of her amazing energy and friendliness (she made me feel like I've known her for years!) she very knowledgeable about microblading/shading and will walk you through the process so you know exactly what's going on. 5 stars for Jillian!! Jillian blocked me on instant messaging because she co spiders me complaining instead of understanding this is my face and my brows and because I apparently bugged her too much which she equals that to complaining she wasn't reasonable that due to covid I had to live with this unfinished brow longer than I had to and didn't care that I had to pencil in my brows which I did prior to deciding I wanted to get them Micro bladed and spent 400 dollars I mean she is t wearing her brows like this and I did and she insults what I want and calls it in natural. I asked for half of my money so I could go elsewhere she said I do t do refunds but I guess it's ok to leave a client who put their trust in you and yet I am told by her to go elsewhere she is tired of me ??? Now I am messing up her business by being honest about my experience? Wow . I do t want anyone to go through the same experience. Sorry Jillian but you could have been more compassionate and understanding instead of keeping my money for which you did not deserve for your unfinished job. Would have been nice to get some money back so I could go some where better. I had to save up by the way for over 6 months to get them re done by someone else but you do t care about that do you because you literally blew me off. You were wrong . I suffered not you ! Funny how she says I wanted nothing short of free when I paid her in full and received half done brows. You really have the story twisted . In the end I believe my story is true she wishes me well with my new brows lol the ones I had to save up for. She then admits to keeping my money and not finishing up the job all because I was new and had concerns so of course I'm going to ask questions and who by the way asks the first time client like 5 times to look at their brows instead of having confidence in her work to give me what I want and I never ever wanted big blocky brows lol I wanted sparse hairs in the front ???
