Service was top tier the atmosphere was super chill and they had enough space for seating especially since it was early but I do see why this place has a wait. The food is made fresh and you can taste that in the sauce and pizza crust. All around was a well worth drive from Phoenix. My only gripe was my server said everything was edible on my lemoncello plate, the plate wasn't I was sad(inside joke with the server nick). But further they didn't have coke products so that was another bummer

Saw great reviews on Yelp for Haunted Pizano, so we popped in. We were seated immediately, and the weather was so nice we chose the adorable outdoor area. Started with Sour Cream and Onion Dip w/Kettle Chips as an appetizer and an Amalfi Mule. Very good dip and drink! We ordered and the meal came out quickly - a gluten-free Verdura pizza, Chicken Parmigiana, and an Americano pizza. Both pizzas were very tasty, but that Verdura was on another level! So good! The chicken parm was good too! Now for my fave part of the meal... the canolis! We got two (one Nutella, one original) and the Nutella was excellent and so creamy! Service was also really good! Nick and Willow were very attentive and friendly.

What went well? EVERYTHING! While we had planned to go to our favorite, The Clinkscale, we stumbled upon Haunted Pizano and now it's in the rotation for our Sedona/Jerome/Prescott trips. Kate was wonderful in taking care of us. She knew the menu and was great in sharing her knowledge of the menu and what customers regularly get. It was no surprise that we happened to get the popular items: Blackberry Bourbon Sour cocktail, Polpette & Burrata Skillet, Cire Pizza & the Pear & Prosciutto Pizza. Too much food, but we planned to have leftovers. We did finish off cannolis. We liked knowing the locals come here too. We liked the spin in the skeleton decor. Until next time.

Haunted Pizano is a must in Jerome! We came for my husband's birthday and loved the spooky decor and friendly service. The caprese, hot honey pizza, and pasta were all delicious, and they even surprised him with a birthday dessert. Sadly I wasn't feeling my best, so we had to cut the night short, but we'll definitely be back this place is a gem!

What's left of the lunch special...so good!

Lordie, lordie, we felt like we struck gold here at the Haunted Pizano. Their pizza is delicious. We shared a lunch special of a Ceasar salad and a half pie, made freshly before our eyes, with meatballs and ricotta. It was some of the best pizza I've had in a long time. The staff at this very busy place are friendly and efficient. Prices are reasonable for this touristy place. I will definitely return and recommend to others!

Haunted Piezano was hands down my favorite meal in Jerome. The vibe inside is cool--very dark and moody--and the service was super friendly right from the start. The real highlight, though, was the fresh-made pasta; the Rigatoni alla vodka was cooked perfectly al dente with a wonderfully flavorful sauce. If you are looking for the best food in town, this place is definitely it. Would you like me to compile all

OMG! This place is amazing! We normally bring our out-of-town guests into Jerome for the Haunted Hamburger (which is a favorite!), but as we were waiting on it to open we stopped in to buy a T-shirt and the guy there told us about the awesome Italian place he has to smell all the while he is working! He spoke so highly of it, that we were forced to give it a try... First of all, it has a dog-friendly outdoor patio, so it already had five stars before we even placed our order. The patio has three huge tables and if you happen to be seated with your back to the view, no problem because they thought this through and mounted a wall-sized mirror so that everyone gets to enjoy the beautiful AZ skies and red rock mountains out in the distance. We happened to get the booth closest to the street and my doodle got to people-watch as we enjoyed our meal! There were three of us and we each ordered the half pizza and salad (choice of mista/ mixed greens or Caesar) special and without even thinking about it, we actually each ordered a different pizza and as luck would have it, a half pizza is cut into three sections so we were able to share! We each ended up with three different slices to try and they all three were fantastic! Dough is made on site and it was by far the one thing that will bring me back for more! All three pizzas were delicious, but I must admit that I liked the Margherita Pizza the best! The salad was fresh and all their dressings are house dressings and the white basil vinaigrette is to die for! We all devoured our food and agreed we would have to come back to try some of their pasta dishes... Ok, so now to the best part and no, we didn't even try the desserts! The Bloody Mary was on point. The presentation was perfect (garnished with black salt rim, an olive, piece of cheese, and salami), but the taste! It was so good that two of us that "hate Bloody Marys" had to order one after tasting our friend's! YES! Our first time EVER drinking a whole Bloody Mary and we would do it again!!! Great service. Very clean establishment. Amazing pizza AND an unmatched Bloody Mary! We'll be back for sure!!!

Lunch special

Really great, cozy location in Jerome. Fantastic food, awesome service. Both inside and outside seating. This restaurant actually has a few spots of free parking out front and a small parking lot as well, which is a huge plus in Jerome. They have a very reasonable lunch special and pretty amazing weeknight specials as well. They were super accommodating of a member of our party that had dietary restrictions. In an industry with dwindling service, value, and quality.. this restaurant is a rare gem.

Great service and good food. The perfect combination. Our waiter was attentive, very polite and offered a little humor on the side. We were here for lunch with a group of six. We had three pizzas, a salad and side of warm bread. The pizza crust was wood fired and just the right amount of crispy. The warm bread appetizer paired well with the oils provided. Plus you're in the heart of haunted downtown Jerome. A definite win for our visit. I am biased if you only get one meal in Jerome I'd pick the Haunted Hamburger, but fortunately we spent the night and Haunted Pizano made for a great #2 dining stop.

In my opinion, The Clinkscale has the best breakfast tacos I have ever tasted. Everything tastes fresh, and I like their coffee, too. Their other menu items look great as well, so I will have to try another food item the next time I am in Jerome. I like how the atmosphere makes you feel like you are taking a trip back in time, as the building has been around for a while. The best part about The Clinkscale, however, is the service. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and more than happy to offer suggestions. I remember when my family and I went up there a few years back, and our server, Jeff, made us feel right at home. The other staff members are also great, as they make everyone feel welcome within the establishment. I have been back there a couple of times since then, and I have had a wonderful experience each time. Next time I am in Jerome, I look forward to visiting again and encourage anyone in the area to stop by and check it out.

The Hudson truly fit the bill and lived up to the hype with its food and experience. Fortunately, we were able to have our meals outside on the back patio of the restaurant with amazing views of the beautiful red rock mountain formations that Sedona is known for. We started with a fresh and delicious salad. For the main dish, we had the 22 Oz. boneless ribeye steak with garlic mashed potatoes. The steak was amazing. It was ridiculously tender and flavorful. The mashed potatoes complimented the steak perfectly. The restaurant is classy and very well decorated. There is a bar in the center of the dining area as you enter the restaurant. Our server Zabdi was a pleasure to deal with. She was pleasant, friendly and always had a smile when serving us. For dessert, we had the banana cream pie. It was not too sweet and was chock full of freshly sliced bananas. The restaurant is located in the very busy downtown Sedona atea. Off street parking is ample and free. For the quality of food, pricing is appropriately priced, averaging approximately $80 per person. This was by far the best restaurant we dined at while in Sedona. We made the right choice celebrating our anniversary at this establishment. We highly recommend this restaurant for its food, ambiance and service.

The wait didn't seem too long either because we just browsed a lot of the shops nearby. I tried the ghostly burger and my friend tried the southwest sourdough burger. Both were so good! I got it with fries and he got it with the jalapeño coleslaw. The coleslaw was so good! It was refreshing with a little bit of spice. Both our burgers were cooked medium and they were super juicy. We were seated on the third floor and had a great view outside the window of the mountains. Love that there was open air coming in. I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area!

Well the service was extremely lacking here unlike the pizzeria. We were told to wait 45 minutes but they had open tables. We were sat outside in the corner away our server Bruce kept making smart comments about the football team we were wearing on our hoodies. And the hostess seemed to not care so much because we didn't have LV purse like the lady who came in after and was seated. Our food came out super slow we watched people come and go before we got our food. We were rushed to order main entrees before we even ordered our appetizers. Fried pickles tasted horrible My burger although flavorful. Was extremely wet for a well done burger and was awfully slimy the fries were probably y best part. Alcohol drinks tasted more like a bunch of mixer and a little alcohol. And I don't drink unless socially but you didn't taste any sort of alcohol which is weird. We really wanted to give this place a try but left feeling more let down then satisfied.

Sometimes food is secondary to the overall experience. Yes, it has to be good but ambiance,…read moreattentive servers, and overall good vibes elevate the experience to 'great'. Adam was our server and after explaining my dietary needs to him he was super careful to be cognizant of my order. He should open his own 'server school' to teach servers what excellent service can do to a diners' overall experience. Anyone with special dietary needs should feel confident with Adam taking care of them. But you want to know about the food, right? Upon first glance, the salad bar looks small; but our party had plenty to choose from to make a good meal. The soups were pretty darn good too. I had the French onion and my first thought after "hey, I can taste the wine in this" was it's not too salty which frequently happens with restaurant soups. My Caesar salad was good (fresh) and I really enjoyed the housemade parmesan croutons. Chicken was very tasty and the corn riblets were different and not bad. My husband's churro doughnuts with ice cream must have been very good because he either ate it that quickly or it evaporated before I could get into it, though the bite i did manage was very good. Kudos to this restaurant for showing others how good a restaurant can be when they stick to old time values and outstanding service.
