I first contacted them through Yelp for a quote and got an immediate response with a very fair price and clear, straightforward communication. During my drive I ran into snow, which delayed my arrival, and they were incredibly flexible with adjusting the start time. No hassle, no extra charges, no attitude. When the crew showed up, they got to work immediately and moved fast without cutting corners. They unloaded the entire 26-foot truck, handled heavy equipment, and carried everything upstairs efficiently and carefully. There was zero damage to my home and zero damage to any of my belongings, which is honestly rare enough to be worth mentioning twice. Professional, hardworking, and easy to work with. They were loaded by lunch time, took a lunch break and arrived at my new location ready to go. The second location had steps and they all took turns getting things upstairs. They placed a big cabinet inside the very large closet of one bedroom, which was a great idea and took up less floor space in the bedroom. They were done about 4 hours later. Through the whole process, everyone was cheerful, hard working and thorough. If I ever have to move again, and I pray that I won't, I would choose them again in a heartbeat.

They showed up early and were already backed up to my gate with the Uboxes open and ready to start loading. They scheduled my move for two hours and finished in one hour! They carefully wrapped all of my furniture in moving blankets and packed my stuff into the boxes so that the next movers, who will be moving me into my new apartment in a new city, won't have any issues. I was so nervous about the moving process and these guys made everything feel so easy and stress-free. They went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

They pressured me into making a down payment to lock in the rate, and I did, because the estimate seemed reasonable. Well, the move ended up taking all day. From 9 till 5. And the workers seemed to be doing everything to draw out the process. One guy was on his phone with friends multiple times. We overheard another telling the new guy "if a job goes past 3:30, they won't make us do a second." And they were so inefficient! The truck had a ramp and an elevator lift, and they used the lift for every single box. They were taking their sweet time. When we got to my new house the foreman handed me an iPad with the charges, and--before I said anything--told me that if I had any issues with it I should call corporate. And then he sat down and got on his phone. Listen: I get that there are travel charges. But we traveled, one truck, from North Salt Lake to Millcreek--maybe 20 miles. So why was the travel charge more than $500 and an ADDITIONAL fuel charge more than $350? And that's to say nothing of the "packing materials" which we never asked for or were quoted about--another $240. And of course now labor was nine hours, not four. And they wouldn't unload the truck until I paid. They were holding my furniture hostage. Well I paid. But I have been told twice over the phone that they are going to investigate, and it's been ten days of nothing. Do not use this company. Especially not the Utah branch.

So with the truck, fuel, hotels and food they both costed about the same. The Penske truck seemed cheaper but once you add up all the other stuff the cubes were actually a little cheaper. Also with the cubes I didn't have to take time off work, no stress of trying to figure out where I was going, traffic idiots that don't know how to drive and I knew my stuff was in professional hands. We put or stuff with U-pack storage which ended up being nice because we didn't close on our house for 2 1/2 weeks later than we expected. When I called to get my cubes delivered they showed up the next day as promised. The driver put them how I asked and it made it easier to unload. Thanks U-PACK for the great service. I would leave less than a 1 star review but, its not allowed. I sold my home and needed to find a moving company. I found Muscle Men Movers and spoke to Parker who assured me he could move my 3800 square ft home absolutely no problem they did this work all day every day. I scheduled 4 weeks in advance of the move. I contacted them on the Monday before the move to confirm we were booked for 2 days, he said he only had me booked for 1 day. I remineded him he had confirmed with me the 2 days. I should have known in that moment things would not go well. He said he would do 1/2 day on day then move the rest on the next full day. They randomly showed up on my door no call no text the day before the first 1/2 day move. Luckily, I had everything ready so I told them go ahead. They charged $150 per hour the going rate. So they moved 1/3 of my stuff on that day to my storage unit. Upon telling me they were complete and me paying via PayPal by the way (again sketchy?) I received a call saying their truck was broken and could i give them a ride. I was 20 minutes away but I did so anyway. They were supposed to show up on Saturday morning, didn't tell me a time, but at 8:45ish I received a call telling me their truck was still broken and they woudldn't be coming... i said I would rent a Uhaul and he could send the actual movers he said no they needed to be together to fix the truck but was ASURED!!!! they would be there the next day. I've sold my home by the way and must be out. Well next day rolls around and you guessed it they didn't show up so I called Parker and he told me oh he is on the way and would be there in 5-10 minutes.. of course he didn't show up. That sleeze bucket lied to my face the other day and on the phone. What is worse he blocked me from finding a different mover because he flat out lied. So after he didn't show up I called and called and called he started sending calls to voice mail then he blocked his voicemail from receiving messages. This company and Parker (if that is his real name) is complete axx. The PayPal goes to Robert Balfour out of Tooele, UT so by all means DO NOT USE MUSCLE MEN MOVERS. They wanted to charge me an additional $100 to move and unload the piano. Hart to Heart also arrived 45 minutes late without a call to inform us. I actually had to call. When I brought up that they were late, they said, in front of multiple witnesses, and I quote "So what?" This is not indicative of generating a positive customer experience. They also didn't move a single item, up and left when I told them I wouldn't pay for the piano to be moved. Thank goodness our neighbors came to our rescue. I'm disabled, and my wife just blew her knee out. Without our neighbors, Hart 2 Heart moving would have left us stranded and stuck in a house we're trying to sell.
