Call up Nate and got a reply and estimated arrival time immediately…read more He is also very responsive on texting as well. Nate provided a fair price removal of 2 couch, 2 bed and other junks. What was unexpected was the speed and the care he puts into his work. He not only removed the junks expeditiously but more over he cleaned up the place (sweep and blow the whole area clean of debris). Can't ask for more; Great communication, Excellent work and High work ethics.

I was in a crunch to move, the company I had hired did not show up (or even respond to my…read morevoicemails and texts). So I called Wasatch Moving Company. They picked up the job right away! I had injured my ribs and have had previous foot surgery, so I'm not that useful at a critical time. We got most of my stuff moved out of my 2 bedroom (very full) apartment, the first day, and then spent the next day off loading the truck, picking up a bedroom set I purchased, and putting together beds and heavy pieces. These guys worked tirelessly in the heat. They had to walk extra far due to road construction between my old apartment and the truck. Anyway, long story short, I'm a happy customer! I'd like to thank Sterling, Mo, Brett and Brandon for their hard work and having a " go getter" attitude. PS PEOPLE: TIP YOUR MOVERS!!

We were very impressed with Wasatch Movers from beginning our search for a moving firm, to the…read moreestimates, to the follow up by both the Operations Manager and Crystal, our contact, prior to the move and most especially to the professional three-man crew sent to move our 4 bedroom, two story house contents from North Salt Lake to Layton. Immediately I preferred my voice mails, text, e mails and best of all phone conversations with Crystal as she was not calling from a busy call center. Wasatch does not charge a separate several hundred dollar fee to drive to your location and back to their location. They merely start the clock when the crew leaves their place of business at the same hourly rate for a two, three or four man crew and truck. They also do not charge 18% of the total bill as an extra "Fuel Charge." This fee was well hidden in the fine print for most of their competitors. My total bill was more than $100 LESS than the low side of the estimate scale per the mover websites. None of our belongings were damaged and my son who is an experienced employee supervisor was very impressed with their quick and efficient work. Highly recommend these movers.

They came next day and hauled it all away for a very reasonable price. I called around and got a lot of estimates that told me I needed to take this to the dump myself. Bottom line, after hiring them, I'll call them back again and again for my big mess removal needs.

They had been overall nice so I didn't make much of that; and didn't want to get bogged down in negative feelings on an already stressful day. I tipped them and gave good reviews for that day. But then when my items arrived in IL a few weeks later, I came to find out that they loaded without consideration to my belongings, scratching and damaging small items and completely breaking my West Elm entertainment console. When I tried to reach them to get money back to replace the item, they initially pretended like they would fix the issue. But then proceeded to ghost me. It was such an overwhelming & expensive move, made worse by this company. I would recommend avoiding having them help move. It's not worth the headache.
