I ordered new furniture for my upstairs, which meant the old worn out stuff had to go. I live alone and don't have a truck, so I was in need of a junk service that could move the items out of my home. I called and emailed seven other highly rated Yelp businesses, but had to leave voice messages because not a one answered my calls or returned my emails. I waited...and waited...and waited for return correspondence, some of which for over 48-hours, but no one responded. I was one call away from renting a truck, calling a friend, loading the items, and taking them to the dump. But I searched Yelp one more time and found Junk2Dump. Brad answered my call and I told him what I needed. He made an appointment for the following day and that he'd call when he was on his way. He arrived within the time estimate (with a five minute warning call), and he and his employee whisked the items from my house. They were very mindful to not damage the railings and walls, and they had things packed up within four minutes. I paid by credit card and they left with the load. See how easy that was? After being ignored by everyone else, Junk2Dump was there to help. I'm glad I called them, and I'll hire them again when the time comes.
