And then they showed up and did the exact opposite. They didn't even bother to wrap my furniture properly. My dresser and my nightstand were rolled out on a dolly with just a blanket draped over the top -- the entire bottom fully exposed and unprotected. I have photo evidence. This wasn't a mistake. This was how they operate. One of their movers was missing for half the move, and the rest of the crew took 30 minutes to drive across the street. Yes, literally across the street. The level of carelessness and unprofessionalism was beyond anything I've ever experienced. When I confronted them with proof, they first admitted the crew took shortcuts -- then quickly flipped the script and tried to claim that throwing a blanket over a piece of furniture is their "standard practice." That's not a standard -- that's pure negligence, and they had the nerve to defend it. They refused to take accountability. They denied the damage was their fault. And instead of making it right, they offered me a half refund and called it a "goodwill gesture." This company is a scam.
