The units must have some wide gaps above the doors, because the amount of dust that will pile on your belongings in out of this world. Example -- I have an armchair that is thankfully covered in plastic. In a year, it has accumulated close to 1/4 CUP of dust that has piled onto the seat (on the plastic). I have GOT to get out of this place, but unfortunately I have been sick all summer. So I keep paying through the nose and have to wear a mask when I get to this nasty unit.

Maybe there is nothing she could have done, but she was very robotic and repetitive about it and really didn't seem to care. Other places around that are also storage units that rent Uhaul have been able to do price adjustments for me. This is also the only one I have ever been to that didn't check to see that you had the electrical connection etc.
