He showed up with two dolly's and a ton of plastic wrap. Yeecii clearly knows what he's doing and was probably an expert at Tetris as a kid because he had our entire 3 bedroom 2 bathroom double living room house + full garage with kayaks, bikes, a peloton, tools, etc. loaded impressively compactly. We got a 26 foot truck and definitely could have done less. I had already wrapped furniture in plastic wrap with bubble wrap corners. ... We are 90% unpacked here in Minnesota and not one thing has turned up damaged or scratched so far. Took about 6 hours total to load the truck but it was also a heat wave 95+ degree day and I made them take a breakfast/coffee and lunch break so I could feed them. Overall, I could not have been more impressed. It's really nice guys, lovely to spend the day with. Professional. Completely saved our asses, we don't know how we would have moved without them. ... We had a very disappointing experience with All Smiles Moving…read more My mother-in-law booked them based on an estimate provided ahead of time (03/26/26) and paid a deposit. However, on the day of the move (04/09/26), they presented a new estimate that was higher than what was originally agreed to. Before the movers even arrived, my husband had already done a significant amount of the work himself, he moved all the boxes into the garage and disconnected the washer and dryer. The only items left in the home were the large furniture pieces. When the two movers arrived, they even commented that this was going to be an "easy move" because of how much had already been done. We were told a crew of 3 movers would be handling the job, but only 2 showed up for most of the move. A third mover didn't arrive until the last couple of hours to help with the unloading. Because of this, the move took longer than it should have and since they charge hourly, that directly increased the total cost. This seems like normal practice for them, a bait and switch. They also spent an excessive amount of time (about an hour) just wrapping furniture, which again added to the bill. At the end, the total came out to nearly $1,000 significantly more than expected. On top of that, we received inconsistent paperwork with different versions of the agreement, which makes the charges even more questionable. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and misleading. Despite the amount of prep work done ahead of time, the job still took longer and cost more than it should have. If you're considering using this company, I would strongly recommend getting everything clearly locked in writing and confirming crew size before the move starts. Unfortunately, we would not use them again.

Well here I…read moream, having paid my deposit and waiting for them to show up, and I get this text (not a phone call even , just a text): "Hey I wanted to let you know that we had a few people call out today and won't be able to make it out this morning if you are interested in rescheduling or I can go ahead and refund your deposit." This isn't even just a normal move. I am moving my father into assisted living as he has late stage Parkinson's. I have both called and texted them back and they are not responding. WTF!?!?
