Isaac from Zav's Moving, Hauling, and Dumping was incredibly communicative and answered all my questions thoroughly. When you're moving, the last thing you want to worry about is whether your belongings will be damaged--and with Zav's, that was never a concern. Like most people, I requested quotes from several movers. What stood out with Zav's wasn't just the fair pricing, but the exceptional quality of service that came with it. Isaac and Deangelo arrived at my home on time, were highly professional, and handled the entire job with care and efficiency. What truly set them apart was their attention to detail. They explained every step of the process and even took time to educate me on potential risks--like the importance of shipping bolts or plugs for washing machines to prevent drum damage. We didn't have them, but Isaac and his team still managed to move our washer safely and without issue. In a time where finding trustworthy movers can feel impossible, I wholeheartedly recommend Isaac and Deangelo for your next move. Thank you to Zav's for making the process stress-free and smooth! read more

Very professional and easy to work with, helper us move from Orem to St. George. highly recommended!

You know, this was so easy. Needed to move my mother in law from Utah to Nevada. Called them 10 days prior and got a quote. It was a good deal less than my other quotes and they were really easy to talk to and they followed up and then ended up doing exactly what they said they would do. No secret upcharges, no bs. Issac and Oscar were really quick and careful, and the whole thing was so smooth. Really glad I gave ZAV a call. read more

We contacted Zav Moving as we needed to move from Salt Lake City to Dallas in a short notice (2 weeks) . Issac, Oscar and Nick were brilliant and a pleasure to work with. He kept us updated on all the steps and timing . Even the delivery time was very short (within 2 days). We had to move a lot of items and they took great care of all the items. Regarding value, completely value for money service, once Issac told me the price he stuck to the price. Can't recommend them enough . read more

I reached out to several different local movers as I searched for help to move my family from a couple of storage units into our new home. ZAV responded quickly, provided me with a clear quote with no hidden fees, and scheduled a move with me for just a few a days later. Our crew of 3 (Isaac, Romeo and Nick) showed up when they said they would and quickly got to work. I was very impressed with how quickly they moved and how courteous they were towards me and my family as well as how well they treated our belongings. I honestly couldn't believe that we were able to completely move two whole storage units AND unload into my home all within just a couple of hours. I am very happy with these guys and will definitely hire them again. read more

No one dreams of moving from house to house during this July heat and Covid-19 on top of it but it all happened within 3 hours for me. It was an amazing experience! I found ZAV Moving on Yelp and connected with Isaac. He responded super fast and everything we had planned went smoothly. Isaac and Oscar came to our old house and started right away in this crazy heat. They helped little ol' me with the heavy stuff like the heavy mattress and my huge grow bags from the garden! They knew how to maneuver tight spots and all my furniture arrived without a blemish. I'd definitely and highly recommend these no-fuss, insanely professional, trustworthy, fast and courteous duo. The pricing was amazing and worth every penny. I'd use them again in the future for my move or for my family's move. Their service gave me more time to unpack and enjoy our new home sooner. My husband, in-laws, and baby girl we're so pleased with their work as they came to our new house with every item in the right space on both levels and backyard. Oh and my plants are thriving! Thanks Oscar and Isaac!!!! read more

They only had one yelp review when I hires them which was risky but got a good feel from Isaac on the phone. They had an issue the morning of the move with a truck but rented one to complete my move. The communicated really well with me to let me know they were running late. Very professional outfit wrapped all of my furniture in shrink wrap and blankets. Prices were very reasonable and the work was good quality. If you are looking for a mover I would hire them again! read more

The WORST MOVERS! With moving there is already so much stress. Having to find a new company who is willing to help me me move on a holiday is impossible. Just pile my stress load , why not. This was a confirmed moving day at a start time 8:3am days before moving day. With constant calls and messagings there has not been one response. No accommodation for customers whatsoever. Let's just cross fingers for a company to help me with moving. read more

This was the BEST move I have ever experienced! I cannot say enough great things about this group of guys; they were kind, efficient, and incredibly hard-working. Absolutely worth every penny! To put this in perspective, I hired a different moving service about a year ago and it took ZAV Moving took less than 3 hours to complete a job that had previously taken over 6 hours. It was amazing and I am so grateful! When I need to move again I am definitely using ZAV! I highly recommend them, they will not disappoint! read more

These guys were great. Picked up a huge load of yard waste , cleaned up, swept. Easy to recommend. Definitely would use them again.

Isaac and team arrived on time and ready to move. They methodically emptied our home, caring for each item as if their own. They helped us with several heavy items, including refrigerator, freezer, washer/dryer, and one very bulky murphy bed., not to mention all of our boxes and odds and ends. I would recommend Isaac and his team for any of my friends and family. read more

DO NOT use this company!! I would give them a negative 5 stars if I could! We had schedule with them 5 weeks in advance. Checking in frequently with the owner Isaac to make sure we were still set up. Each time talking to Issac he was pleasant and responsive confirming our move. Come day of moving, we were 100% packed ready to go for a 9-am scheduling. 9:15 rolled around and the movers had not shown up and no word from movers. I text Isaac to ask if they were in route and about 10 minutes later I got a call from a lady on his phone asking if we would be willing to reschedule for another day? Are you kidding me?!!!!!! We were all packed and had to move and had confirmed several times with the owner. I let her know we had to be out that day and she said I will try and schedule you with another mover we partner with and charge the same rate, I will call you right back. We waited and waited and no call back!!I text her and asked her to PLEASE provide status several times and NO RESPONSE!!! I can not believe not even a response to say I am sorry we failed and can't help you. ANYTHING to make it right!! After calling around to several places wity no availability, We called ALL SMILES and they were willing to help us. They showed up within an hour. I strongly encourage you to reconsider booking with Zav movers. You will be all packed and ready to go and they will ghost you and leave you in a total bind!!! Look elsewhere!!! read more

I called Zav Moving on Wednesday right after we closed on our house. I asked them if they had availability for Friday. Isaac was able to make it work and told me they would meet me at my storage on Friday morning. We'll today it's Friday and they were punctual to the storage, loaded the truck within an hour or so. Drove down to Eagle Mountain and offloaded everything within 3 hours. Amazing work by Isaac and his team. They got us in our new home right before Christmas and we are not able to enjoy our new home. read more

They were great! We had some scheduling issues due to a truck breaking down, but they communicated with me and more than made up for it by sending 3 people instead of 2 for the same price, so I didn't lose much time. I would definitely use them again. read more

Zav moving was more than I expected. They knew exactly how to prep, load and pack the truck. They got to work, with never a comment of negativity. They removed a fireplace insert that nobody else was willing or able to do. They are smart and figure things out as the situations arise. I'm so pleased to have had them as my movers. The owner Issac is so nice and genuine, you can't go wrong with them. Thank you so much. Annette M. read more
