No one dreams of moving from house to house during this July heat and Covid-19 on top of it but it all happened within 3 hours for me. It was an amazing experience! I found ZAV Moving on Yelp and connected with Isaac. He responded super fast and everything we had planned went smoothly. Isaac and Oscar came to our old house and started right away in this crazy heat. They helped little ol' me with the heavy stuff like the heavy mattress and my huge grow bags from the garden! They only had one yelp review when I hires them which was risky but got a good feel from Isaac on the phone. They had an issue the morning of the move with a truck but rented one to complete my move. The communicated really well with me to let me know they were running late. Very professional outfit wrapped all of my furniture in shrink wrap and blankets. The WORST MOVERS! With moving there is already so much stress. Having to find a new company who is willing to help me me move on a holiday is impossible. Just pile my stress load , why not. This was a confirmed moving day at a start time 8:3am days before moving day. With constant calls and messagings there has not been one response. No accommodation for customers whatsoever. We just had Isaac and Angelo help us out with a move and they were fantastic! We moved from a second story apartment with a crazy stairwell to a house with some big pieces of furniture and they handled it incredibly! DO NOT use this company!! I would give them a negative 5 stars if I could! We had schedule with them 5 weeks in advance. Checking in frequently with the owner Isaac to make sure we were still set up. Each time talking to Issac he was pleasant and responsive confirming our move. Come day of moving, we were 100% packed ready to go for a 9-am scheduling. 9:15 rolled around and the movers had not shown up and no word from movers. I text Isaac to ask if they were in route and about 10 minutes later I got a call from a lady on his phone asking if we would be willing to reschedule for another day? Are you kidding me?!!!!!! We were all packed and had to move and had confirmed several times with the owner. I let her know we had to be out that day and she said I will try and schedule you with another mover we partner with and charge the same rate, I will call you right back. We waited and waited and no call back!!I text her and asked her to PLEASE provide status several times and NO RESPONSE!!! I can not believe not even a response to say I am sorry we failed and can't help you. ANYTHING to make it right!! After calling around to several places wity no availability, We called ALL SMILES and they were willing to help us. They showed up within an hour. I strongly encourage you to reconsider booking with Zav movers. You will be all packed and ready to go and they will ghost you and leave you in a total bind!!! Look elsewhere!!! read more

I called Zav Moving on Wednesday right after we closed on our house. I asked them if they had availability for Friday. Isaac was able to make it work and told me they would meet me at my storage on Friday morning. We'll today it's Friday and they were punctual to the storage, loaded the truck within an hour or so. Drove down to Eagle Mountain and offloaded everything within 3 hours. Amazing work by Isaac and his team.
