(Seriously, she was AWESOME!!!) Where else can you get two hats for $5?!) They were serious about getting rid of the stock and I was happy to help 'em do it! I left with the feeling of making out like a bandit! And of course what makes me feel even better is the idea of making a few people happy because of this score. Great run. The employee working on my hat spent more time stopping to chat with other customers than focusing on the job. As a result, the lettering was crooked and poorly done. Even the staff agreed the finished product didn't look right. After waiting over an hour, I was handed a hat that looked nothing like what I expected. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer service afterward. There was no real attempt to fix the mistake, no solution offered, and no effort to make things right just excuses. I ended up leaving without the hat and wasted over an hour of my time for absolutely nothing. Because of how long this took, I missed my niece's dance performance something I can never get back. Had I known I would be waiting over an hour for a hat that wasn't even done correctly, I would have left and spent my money elsewhere. By far one of the most frustrating, disappointing, and unprofessional customer service experiences I've ever had.

I left and went to Sports Treasures, where I was greeted right away and spent $160 there instead. I'm not sure if the lack of acknowledgment was because I'm a woman, but either way, the experience was disappointing and unacceptable.
