And when you think of shredded cheese, you think melted. Nope. Just some raw shredded cheese. The other sandwich was pesto, tomato, mozzarella and balsamic. Again, just really skimpy, mostly bread and not good at all. Somehow, the balsamic tasted spoiled. I'm not even sure how that's possible. The mozzarella moons barley had any cheese in them. Again, like previously stated with everything else, mainly just breading. It's not good. And MASSIVELY overpriced. I cannot state enough this place is a massive scam.

There were about 20 cows and we got to learn about them and then we got to go into the pasture with them. The website states that you get to pet, groom and feed the cows. Additionally, it also says that you'll be able to interact with the calves. Unfortunately, during our trip, none of these things happened. We got to pet one friendly cow and feed them through the fence - hotdog buns. It was pretty disappointing as we drove over an hour to come. The website states you will go back to the barn and interact with the calves, but that did not happen ....After we got back to the beer garden, we did have lunch that was included with the tour and the food was decent. We ordered pizzas, beer and pulled pork sandwiches. Overall I wouldn't necessarily recommend this place as the price we paid did not reflect the experience. But I will mention the owner was extremely friendly and our tour guide was knowledgeable.

Our waitress was top-notch -- high energy, charming, attentive. I'd give her 6 stars if I could! She read our crew well and adapted to each individual at the table -- a skill that clearly came from experience, and it served her (and us) well. Everything we had was great: cocktails, appetizers, dinner -- not a bad thing on the table. But the standouts for me were the Buffalo Cauliflower and the Spicy Shrimp Shio Ramen. For drinks, the seasonal Crazy (whiskey, Amaro Montenegro, beet, cayenne, lemon, egg white) and the Veruca Salt (tequila, coconut, avocado, pineapple, lime) were both incredible. Last night we came back again and this time dined with friends and the entirety of the service was no less impressive as it was last year. The small staff greets you warmly the moment you arrive and you quickly realize this isn't going to be a typical dining experience. They are only open for service Friday and Saturday and the whole experience lasts approximately 3-4 hours. With only one seating per evening, the focus is on the guest and their enjoyment versus trying to get you out the door. I was concerned when I learned the meal was vegetarian but was far from disappointed. The 6 courses were presented beautifully and so full of incredible flavors and textures that the meat was not missed from my plate.
