I was searching for a nice hat for a friend and came across this Hat Club. I'm in TX. I'd been searching for a specific hat and this was the best price and exact style I wanted. After I had ordered it and paid for it, THEN I decided to look at the reviews SMH which had me second-guessing. Because of that, I was pleasantly surprised when the hat showed up quicker than it was supposed to and in excellent condition. Nicely packaged and brand new. Thank you Hat Club. read more

Customer Service is horrible. Ordered 3 hats through their buy 2 get 1 free deal... I know for a fact I ordered 3 different hats because it shows in my shopify. One of the hats sold out so they decided to send me a random hat... problem is this hat is the exact same hat as one of the other 2. It's also showing up in my email as 2 separate products and not 1 hat x2. Why the hell would I order 2 of the same hat? Customer service told me no exchanges, that's kind of crazy. read more

Only place I buy hats from! Never had a problem with anything from them! Will keep recommending to friends.

Worse customer service ever. I ordered a hat . It never came . It's been over a month I got no refund. They said they partially refunded me witch was a lie. I didn't receive any refund. They ignore all my emails . They don't reply . I had to go through Shop app to get a reply . They are horrible . I don't recommend this place at all. read more

This website is a prime example of clickbate. I spent 40 minutes picking out 11 products after adding 2 to my cart i entered the promo code and it worked letting me know how much i was saving. I continued shopping and when i get all the way to the end it takes the promo code off and tells me i cant use it at this time. I guess this is the new way these companies are luring you in by lying and offereing you something that they wont honor in hopes you say forget it and purchase anyway without the code. This is bad business and these type of companies should not be trusted or in business. Buyer beware!! read more

Just recently restarted my collection, been going to lids and coworker told me about hatclub. Gave me a gift card for my birthday, and not knowing how they treat you and the caps is (no cap) all Trust. Haven't been to other hat clubs yet but wish they never left the OG spot in Mesa, would have been closer to home. But the service and quality is to the T too shelf. read more

First time ordering from Hat Club, hat arrived dirty under the brim with poor stitching. I went online to exchange and was only offered a refund minus the return shipping. Emailed them and got an immediate reply that the hat did not qualify as defective. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this and was told to send the hat back and a "specialist" will review the hat but if they conclude it is not defective I'm still on the hook for the return shipping. For $50 I expect a mint condition cap and if not so be offered the opportunity to exchange it. The all too common can't be bothered "customer but we don't provide any service" that we are faced with these days. In pictures the hat with the sticker is the new hat and the other has been worn about 10 times. Would you be happy read more

Terrible customer service. Unwilling to help customers. As an xmas gift unwilling to help is just poor service. I wanted to see if there was a way to exchange or refund a few hats that were ordered with incorrect size. This was just about a week past due 30 days. This was an xmas gift. read more

Customer service is a joke. I've never been done dirty by a business let alone an online one. They would not honor their promotion they had. I ended up spending a lot more on caps I didn't really want but went for it because it was 3 for $60 on certain cap on a Sunday. I contacted customer service Monday morning and they would not allow give me a refund or a voucher of the difference. I tried getting a refund and stated I would try again. While emailing customer service they decide to ship it right then and then stated I couldn't refund because they shipped it or basically created a label. I've tried contacting through Facebook, Instragram, and even through that email thread without a response. Hats are good but the customer service is not. Eff Hat Club!! read more

We are visiting from Canada and my 15 yo son was so excited to visit the store. Justin and MJ were both so helpful and friendly! They patiently helped my son find hats that he loved, and then curved and protected them. Their customer service was fantastic and they had the sizes in that we needed. They made the hour drive there worth it. Thank you! read more

Fresh selection of caps and beanies. All major professional leagues are represented as well as street wear. Fitted, snap back, New Era, 47, etc. If you want it chances are likely they have it. They also offer cap maintenance supplies at a really good price. If you purchase something here I recommend the water and stain repellent as well as the cap cleaning kit. read more

I've been a member of the Hat Club since 2007. At first, it was the only place to find hats with the Philippine flag on it. But since the Manny Pacquiao phenomenon hit the US, you can find the flag just about anywhere. Except in Chandler. If you're a fan of Negro league teams or Triple A teams, then stick to online merchants because you won't find those hats here either. It's become apparent to me that all Hat Clubs aren't created equally and the Chandler location is perhaps the worst I've ever seen. Their saving grace is that they carry other NFL teams aside from the Cardinals, including the NY Giants (in multiple colorways). So why the 3 stars? Well...I am still a member... read more

Pretty sure this company does not employ anyone in their customer service department. Ordered the wrong size hat by accident and immediately sent an email and attempted a phone call to correct. No response and no answer. Hat was delivered a couple days later and still have not been able to get a hold of anyone for this company to process a return / exchange. They may excel in distribution, but completely fail at customer service. read more

Very frustrating and incompetent customer service. Received a small portion of my order and the rest of my hats were sent to the wrong address or never given to me. Awful customer service via email, offers you no support. read more

Buying a hat elsewhere is foolish. They care about how your lid looks. They care about having the most unique selection. I promise you, any negative reviews are from friends of competitors within the mall. Been a loyal customer here for years. read more

As a first time customer, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with hatclub. I purchased a couple of hats for my son's birthday. We paid for expedited shipping, so that we would receive it a day before his birthday. Few days later, no hats. I tracked the package and it showed that a shipping label was created but never sent out. I emailed customer service and explained my frustration. They gave me a bland response and told me to wait 48hours after the purchase, however it has been over 72hours since the hats were ordered. I proceeded to follow up the next day because the tracking didn't change. I asked for a full refund for the order since they were still in possession of my order. They proceeded to lie and say that my order was shipped and didn't provide me with the refund I requested. I later got an email stating that my order was sent later that day. I still have yet to receive my order. I should have received my order within two days. It has now been 7 days and counting.. read more

Over run by bots. Actually, finally get to order two pieces that I like and they canceled BOTH orders because they thought I WAS A BOT!? Then they've taken over 4 months to fulfill a pre order! Great products, but unfortunately the business is horribly run read more

Idk if hat club hires annoying people on purpose but my goodness every single employee here I encounter is annoying. Non stop talking about their life. I don't care gentleman! Worst customer service. Every time I come to this store there are always employees talking and not greeting anyone and when I asked for help they finish there conversation and then help. I walk in the mall frequently. This is one of the last stores to open on the frequently. Today is was10:13 before the iron gate was opened. The person turns on the lights a little before 10, then disappears. What poor customer service consistently. read more

I was there 2/9/16 to look for a Spring training Dodgers hat. I RAN from the opposite end of the mall because I was told they had it. I got there 5 minutes prior to closing. My wife was behind me walking so I was waiting for to pay. (she had the debit card) . I asked them if they were about to close, I was apologetic in asking. My salesman was very friendly and was ok with it. However, the guy behind the counter very abruptly answered, YEP , Sign Says 9:00 So I left. I work in retail and would never treat a customer this way. read more
