Customer Service is horrible. Ordered 3 hats through their buy 2 get 1 free deal... I know for a fact I ordered 3 different hats because it shows in my shopify. One of the hats sold out so they decided to send me a random hat... problem is this hat is the exact same hat as one of the other 2. This website is a prime example of clickbate. I spent 40 minutes picking out 11 products after adding 2 to my cart i entered the promo code and it worked letting me know how much i was saving. I continued shopping and when i get all the way to the end it takes the promo code off and tells me i cant use it at this time. I guess this is the new way these companies are luring you in by lying and offereing you something that they wont honor in hopes you say forget it and purchase anyway without the code. Customer service is a joke. I've never been done dirty by a business let alone an online one. They would not honor their promotion they had. I ended up spending a lot more on caps I didn't really want but went for it because it was 3 for $60 on certain cap on a Sunday. I contacted customer service Monday morning and they would not allow give me a refund or a voucher of the difference. I tried getting a refund and stated I would try again. While emailing customer service they decide to ship it right then and then stated I couldn't refund because they shipped it or basically created a label. First time ordering from Hat Club, hat arrived dirty under the brim with poor stitching. I went online to exchange and was only offered a refund minus the return shipping. Emailed them and got an immediate reply that the hat did not qualify as defective. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this and was told to send the hat back and a "specialist" will review the hat but if they conclude it is not defective I'm still on the hook for the return shipping. For $50 I expect a mint condition cap and if not so be offered the opportunity to exchange it. The all too common can't be bothered "customer but we don't provide any service" that we are faced with these days. I've been a member of the Hat Club since 2007. At first, it was the only place to find hats with the Philippine flag on it. But since the Manny Pacquiao phenomenon hit the US, you can find the flag just about anywhere. Except in Chandler. If you're a fan of Negro league teams or Triple A teams, then stick to online merchants because you won't find those hats here either. It's become apparent to me that all Hat Clubs aren't created equally and the Chandler location is perhaps the worst I've ever seen. Pretty sure this company does not employ anyone in their customer service department. Ordered the wrong size hat by accident and immediately sent an email and attempted a phone call to correct. No response and no answer. Hat was delivered a couple days later and still have not been able to get a hold of anyone for this company to process a return / exchange. As a first time customer, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with hatclub. I purchased a couple of hats for my son's birthday. We paid for expedited shipping, so that we would receive it a day before his birthday. Few days later, no hats. I tracked the package and it showed that a shipping label was created but never sent out. I emailed customer service and explained my frustration. They gave me a bland response and told me to wait 48hours after the purchase, however it has been over 72hours since the hats were ordered. I proceeded to follow up the next day because the tracking didn't change. I asked for a full refund for the order since they were still in possession of my order. They proceeded to lie and say that my order was shipped and didn't provide me with the refund I requested. I later got an email stating that my order was sent later that day. I still have yet to receive my order. I should have received my order within two days. It has now been 7 days and counting.. read more

Worst customer service. Every time I come to this store there are always employees talking and not greeting anyone and when I asked for help they finish there conversation and then help. I was there 2/9/16 to look for a Spring training Dodgers hat. I RAN from the opposite end of the mall because I was told they had it. I got there 5 minutes prior to closing. My wife was behind me walking so I was waiting for to pay. (she had the debit card) . I asked them if they were about to close, I was apologetic in asking. My salesman was very friendly and was ok with it. However, the guy behind the counter very abruptly answered, YEP , Sign Says 9:00 So I left.
