They gave me an estimate after looking at it, confirmed I wanted it done, and had it fixed in no time. The bill was very reasonable, and they even fixed the sunroof gasket (small fix) at no charge because they noticed it leaked there after rain a week prior. Ever since then, I've only dealt with them. I take my car, sister's car, mom's car, dad's car, and tell all my friends about them. Never heard a single complaint, in fact, only "thank you's" and "wow, done in no time". Does the right thing by you and your car. Service is great, in and out quick, prices are very fair, and he's honest with you about your car. Let's you choose what you need done to your car after showing you exactly what's wrong. Honesty is hard to find in the auto repair business, but this is the place to go if you need something done right.

Loyal customers for 12 years and, yet, they choose to scam us...dishonesty should not be taken…read morelightly! We brought the car for diagnostic, they called us telling that timing belt was worn out and needs replacement. The price estimate they gave us was $2000. We said that we needed to think about it because it sounded like too much for the job. They went ahead and replaced the timing belt (without replacing water pump!!! Water pump replacement should be done along with timing belt replacement-common safety practice everywhere). They told me that they spent 8.4 hours on replacing the timing belt (normal time for a professional is 2 hour, an amateur can do it in 3 hours). They charged me for the Timing Belt Kit $495.95 PLUS the belt itself $89.99 (although it is normally sold with the kit as a package for $365 maximum price). The total bill came up to $1975, and that is WITHOUT OUR CONSENT because we trusted this business for 12 years, they decided to go ahead without our approval of the estimated fee. In comparison, local Acura certified dealership charge $1555 (including tax) for changing timing belt WITH water pump replacement!!! Their professional statement, just like every other shop I asked, was that water pump should be replaced at the same time as timing belt for further engin preservation as water pump has the same wear and tear estimate as the timing belt. After speaking with Casarella's about this, they told me that they can replace the water pump at additional cost. After a day of back and forth meaningless texts, they reduced their bill to 6.4 hours of labor time, which clearly shows the how the price scam works, and their dishonesty because it only takes 2 hours to replace the timing belt at a professional auto shop!! That dishonesty in addition to overcharging for the replaced parts and NOT replaced water pump. OUTRAGEOUS!!

First of all, the mechanics are all SO friendly. I left my car for the inspection in the afternoon and picked it up in the evening (there were a few other cars ahead of me for inspection as well, so they estimated a 2-hour time frame for my car). I had my new license plates in the front seat of my car along with my registration sticker, all of which I was going to attach later that evening once I got my car back. When I went to pick it up, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the mechanic installed both license plates and properly adhered the stickers to my window. I was so relieved! I wasn't thrilled to have to unscrew the old plates and screw on the new ones, so I was so happy they did it for me. During inspection, the mechanic noted one small issue with my car, so he gave me an estimate for the service they would do to it. I'm absolutely going to bring my car to Lambros for this, and for any future motor vehicle related thing.

I chose US-1 Auto due to its proximity to me: it turned to a better choice than I thought. US-1 Auto is a small family owned business which still does work in the time honored way of labor intensive thoroughness with a meticulous attention to detail. With a late model Audi, it not just about repairing a door. The drive systems, safety systems, even the emergency braking are integrated into one AI unit. Essentially the car had to be partially rebuilt. US-1 Auto complete rebuilt the door - right down to it being able to swing completely closed with a single finger push. The paint work is literally flawless even under differing light. They worked with Audi to purchase and install authentic Audi parts and had the systems reprogrammed at an authorized dealer. When this tiny repair shop was done, the car performed BETTER than before. There is something to be said about the "old-fashioned" way of performing a task with exhaustive attention to detail. US-1 Auto understands this and the apply that principle with fervor.

To repeat myself you and your Father sold the '59 ...never told me...hid the money in your bank account for over 18 months until I found out. Maybe you were hoping that because I was having serious heart issues and am 82 years old that I would die . Can't prove it...just wondering. BTW.I HAVE TAPE RECORDINGS RE: OUR FINANCIAL AGREEMENT.WHICH ARE TOTALLY ADMISSIBLE IN A NYS COURT OF LAW. FROM OCT 2023 TO NOV 2024 Us Auto listed the '59 with the same VIN # for $ 39,995.00. The car was sold in 2024. Does that sound like a car that was in poor condition despite your trying to convince me that it wasn worth anything ??? Trust me...it takes a lot to get this upset...but after 4 years of listening to your stories and excuses I believe that I am entitled to " speak my truth "
