Monday morning at 8am and filled up quickly. Clean establishment with cool vibe and nice decor. Server was attentive and polite. Benedict is Rancheros was a hit. So good with the hatch chilies. Potatoes look dry, but nice and fluffy on the inside. Verona breakfast sandwich was much larger than anticipated and the smoky cheese and sauce made it delicious. We will definitely be back!

The service was wonderful, the food was delightfu, hot, large portions and Delicious! Got the 3 lbs sourdough cinnamon roll to go, how could we not! We have wanted to stop here, but every time the line was put the door, now we know why! It's worth the wait! We will be back! Next time Benedict!

Food was delicious. Great flavors on every dish. Cute indoor and outdoor dining area. Wait for a table was around 15 minutes on a Wednesday morning. Food took a bit to come out and our waitress didn't check in on us often.

Okay so the only reason this is 4 instead of 5 is because of the wait. We went for Saturday brunch around 10:30 am and waited 30 minutes for a table. And the food took another 30 minutes to come out. But the service was friendly and attentive. The food was good, a little on the heavy side, but I ordered a heavy meal so I can't blame them for that. I asked for poached eggs and they came out PERFECTLY! Not everybody does poached eggs correctly, but they nailed it. Only one toilet for the entire restaurant, but it was clean. The outdoor table we were seated at was on a slant so we kept sliding, which was funny more than anything. I'd totally come back if I'm in the area again!

Fast service, energetic atmosphere and great breakfast. The cinnamon roll French toast was perfect and I loved the thick cut bacon. It was cooked perfectly crispy!

This place rocks! Second Saturday in a row for me, the Orange Chicken & Waffles had me coming back. The vibe is good, friendly staff and all around a great breakfast spot

Came here on a Friday, the 20-25 minute wait was worth it. A bit loud sitting inside, but the food was delicious. Where else can you get a 3lb cinnamon bun for $13. I didn't try it instead had the croissant Monte Cristo which was tasty. I am not a local but wish I had a place with these unique menu offerings near me.

I have seen this place over the months and it's VERY popular on the weekends, so we opted to go on the weekday. About a 20 minute wait. Sat down, waiter came up with a much needed pot of coffee. Ordered food with only minor changes. Now to the food. I'll say first, we were pleasantly pleased with the food. But there's some differences. The corned beef appeared to be minus any nitrates and you can taste it. But it was still absolutely delicious with what appeared to be pieces of shaved corned beef. My half order of chicken fried steak is enormous. In fact, for our meals and two coffees, we were stuffed! The diner is your usual diner crowd, several compact tables dotted around the area that look cozy and comfortable. The diners are generally too busy eating to make it noisy. If you want a hearty breakfast at a really good price (we were 43 and some change before tip) then this is a MUST stop place to get your fill.

Cute cozy restaurant, acceptable noise level, reasonably acceptable food. Food was ok, nothing great at all. Muted flavors and just not much to be excited about. Nobody in my group finished their food which is unusual. Not bad but better options available

I was shocked to come at 8am on a Sunday and have no wait. The cornbread and marionberry butter is such a nice start to the meal. My dad and I both got Benedict's and all of the ingredients tasted sooo fresh. We really enjoyed our visit. The service was fast and friendly. My beer cheese Benedict was on a pretzel roll with pastrami and it was soooo flavorful. I really enjoyed it and am still thinking about it! My dad has the triple b and he loved his as well. I'm an out of state guest so the prices seemed a little high but maybe they're normal for Olympia or they just use quality ingredients which is what it tasted like. Either way a great stop for breakfast during our trip.

The best omelet I have had! Reminded me of how my grandma made it! Fast service, there is quite a line so keep that in mind. Also, fast service so they try to rush you out. One thing I would like is cold water, it was warm and not served with ice. Only complaint! Glad we tried this spot out, everyone is so nice!

One of the best breakfast spots you can go to in this area, it is small with limited seating so expect wait times, especially on weekends. Be mindful it also has limited hours. Staff are always extremely pleasant and seem overall genuine with helping you. The place is cute and offers a nice classic olympia vibe. Food always exceeds expectations and you can count on leaving satisfied every time.

First time trying this place and I absolutely will be returning here in the near future! My husband and I had been eyeing this place out for awhile now and decided to give it a try. If you can't find street parking right in front of the restaurant, there is a small lot in the back. Keep in mind though, this place gets BUSY so it's best to go as early as you can. We waited for about 10 minutes for our table to be ready (you use their tablet to join the waiting queue). Our waiter came by promptly after we got seated and he was very hospitable and friendly. There are so many good options on the menu, it was hard to decide on what we'd get. We ultimately got a Biscuits and Bacon Gravy to share, I ordered the Wild Alaskan Smoked Salmon & Basil Hash and my husband got the Beecher's Brisket Hash. While we waited, our waiter brought up a slice of a cornbread cake that came with a fruit cream cheese, it was so good and had the right amount of sweetness to it. When our food came, the temperature was just right and it was all so good! Flavor was great, portion was big, and presentation was nice. There's so much other good things on their menu to try, we're looking forward to going back again!

Foods really good but the coffee is really bad. The big pancakes are fun for a family. It's a bit on the expensive side but worth it.

The quality of the food was as good as the size of the portions. The taste was above my expectations, even warmed up the next day.

Now that I've tried it I can say that this is hands down the best breakfast place I've tried in Olympia so far. Unless you're there when they open, you're gonna wait because this is a small restaurant with a lot of people who want in. They have a nice seating area, but it's small, so you might have to wait outside. As soon as you walk in, put your name on the list because even if you're okay with sitting as at the counter, you have to check in. After a 15 minute wait a table next to the window cleared up so lucky us. Sis got the poached eggs on toast and she loved it. She also got the lavendar latte and we both don't really like lavendar, but this drink was lovely. I got the traditional breakfast with eggs, chicken apple sausage, toast, and a side sald. My dudes, you have to get the side salad. The carrots are finely grated and flash fried so the topping is slightly crunchy. Put that with the pepitas and a lightly sweet, creamy dressing and you've got heaven in your mouth. Even the toast was buttered perfectly and the right amount of toasting so that it was delicious with butter and with or without the jam. As soon as we were eating was as soon as we were already making plans to return. This place is the best.

To begin with, the buffet was single sided which created a long line to get food. When we got to the buffet, they were out of plates and every pan was empty. Other tables around us were waiting for plates and food also. When the food finally came, it was underwhelming. Avocado toast wasn't toasted, just sliced avocado on bread. The chicken for chicken and waffles was dry and the waffles were empty every time we went to check for more. The eggs Benedict was bland and not warm. If you are going to do brunch, please plan ahead with enough servers and have a plan to keep food out. Having to continually wait for food and then to find it flavorless was disappointing. Our server didn't take our plates and it's a good thing because they were always out of plates. I guess we had hoped for a better experience. I'd recommend passing on brunch here. Maybe their other menu items are good but based on the limited options we tried, I doubt it. Save you money and even more so, your time. Go elsewhere. I'm sorry I had to apologize to my mother for this experience.

My husband had the Build Your Own omelet, topped with Jack Cheese. And they did not skimp on the ingredients. The cheese was nice and gooey, and the flavors melded perfectly. I had the French Toast.
