Here's the gist of it: There's BBQ and/or Hot Pot. You can do one or both. There's a set price for adults and children. It's all you can eat for your 60-90 minute time slot. For a slight up charge, you can get both BBQ and hot pot. Since this was our first time, our party focused on just the BBQ. You are told when it's last call for having the raw items brought out from the kitchen to cook. Appetizers and sides are prepared in the kitchen and brought out upon your request. We tried quite a few: sweet fried mini buns, fried shrimp shuami, fried pork goyza, and fried spring rolls. All were yummy! Each person can request up to five items at one time. That's harder to do that you realize. And they will keep rolling it out as you request. However, it's important to note that wasting food is frowned upon so you are expected to order responsibility to avoid unnecessarily just throwing food away. Stars of the night for us were the skirt steak, short ribs and pork belly with enoki mushrooms. The zucchini and large mushrooms were standout fresh veggies.
