Every time they attempted to adjust my dentures, the fit actually got worse instead of better. They ended up remaking them multiple times because they couldn't get them right. Before the final version, they had me sign off on a wax model saying I was satisfied, which would be reasonable if the finished product actually matched what was approved. It didn't. When the final dentures came back incorrect again, instead of taking responsibility, I was told it would cost an additional $300 to fix their mistake. At that point, it was clear they were more interested in charging more than getting it right. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you're in the DFW area, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, there are definitely better options out there.

Today Dr. Branberg placed my 11th dental implant. I have obviously had a lot of experience with…read morethis procedure so I can compare practitioners and outcomes. Having had the first 8 implants done by someone different ( in Grapevine) I didn't realize how easy and painless implants could be with the last 4 done by Dr. Branberg. The IV sedation isn't necessary for me, since the sleeping pill just helped me relax enough to not mind the sound of the drill. The staff in the office are all professional, diligent, and compassionate. It's amazing to think that today is the first day after the procedure and I am experiencing no pain, swelling, or drainage. Even though Dr. Branberg is not " in network" with my Metlife PPO dental insurance, the procedure was done for less than oral surgeons "in network" were wanting to charge. And the best part about Dr. Branberg's dental implant service is that he does both the implant AND the crown. This is just so much better than having to deal with the surgery and then the restorative care with multiple practitioners.
