Called ahead to set up appt and left message on answering machine with plan # and insurance info day before. I take off work & get there and they say they do not take insurance from United Healthcare. I am told they haven't in 5 YEARS. I pull out phone & show them where my plan is listed on website and am told that they called to change that (not sure if the website company she was referring to?) and that hasn't been changed. 5 YEARS and that is not fixed? She says she will talk to the office manager to have it fixed. Too bad for me and missing work I suppose. The woman was nice enough and I don't blame her but this is ridiculous. Hate posting negative reviews for anything let alone a local business - sorry guys, unacceptable

I wasn't pressured into buying new glasses or buying a year's worth of the most expensive contacts, which is a refreshing change from some other multi-location eye-care places.
