The birthday freebie gets you a small signature candle that's valued at $13, and all you have to do is sign up online. My mom would get a lot of candles from here in the past that were always good, but as of recently, I've gone back to back years to get my freebie and it's always worth it. The 1-star review is incredibly unfair. I've been to the store twice for kratom. I normally buy online, but when I'm in a pinch, I've gone to Willie's. I'm pretty sure the same guy has helped me both times, and I don't know if it's the same dude referred to in that 1-star review, but the guy's super nice, empathetic, knowledgeable, and undeserving of those childish insults. I can't speak to their selection because I've only gone there twice for kratom, but their prices are competitive with other brick and mortar, the kratom is high quality and not cheap garbage, the guy I've dealt with genuinely listened to me, and I'm happy to give them my business.
