Not sure who the dark haired girl is in there now with the gloves and mask but she's a complete bad vibe.. I have NEVER not left a tip best believe I didn't this time. Don't care what her deal is she sucks and I won't ever step foot in here again if I see this girl! Yuck! Overall presence was terrible! I work nursing and even on my WORDT days you will never catch me or my attitude off. Patients customers residents etc doesn't matter they should be someone you take care of one way or another not come off as if you THINK your better than! Believe me you are not sweetheart! Keep it cute sis! That being said where are all the others at? I don't see any of the OG's there and they were the best of the best it didn't get any better than them.

I got a nice greeting at the door instead of badgering me for my I D before I can even get a word out. The guy there ( didn't catch his name) was very nice, didn't pressure me into buying a bunch of stuff, and provided me with liquid $8 cheaper then avail's ... Same size bottle same amount of nicotine. No hassle, fast, accurate, and affordable. I had to yelp for him, which I usually don't do. Mostly because I don't feel like it. But this cool guy had not 1 yelp and his service and prices deserve the review. Hopefully more will follow! Thank you I found my new ecig

I never write reviews for stores but I stopped in today and grabbed the phone number from Yelp…read morebeforehand, and happened to see that the store has only two reviews, one of them being a 1-star, and felt the need to post. The 1-star review is incredibly unfair. I've been to the store twice for kratom. I normally buy online, but when I'm in a pinch, I've gone to Willie's. I'm pretty sure the same guy has helped me both times, and I don't know if it's the same dude referred to in that 1-star review, but the guy's super nice, empathetic, knowledgeable, and undeserving of those childish insults. I can't speak to their selection because I've only gone there twice for kratom, but their prices are competitive with other brick and mortar, the kratom is high quality and not cheap garbage, the guy I've dealt with genuinely listened to me, and I'm happy to give them my business. And you won't get that kinda service online, so stop in and support Frederick small businesses!

They know me when I walk in. I order my juice and unless there are 6 people ahead of me, I'm in and out in less than 10 mins. This is the only place in town that I know of that makes their own juice. That's a big thing. If you go to any other vape shop you have to buy what's on the shelf. No customising at all. You walk into maddcatt, you tell them what you want and they make it there and then. They have all the other gear as well if you're starting out or a seasoned vapour. Solid 5 out of 5 from me and never mind the other drivel reviews.
