Service was slow, my friend ordered chicken fingers and they were dropped, so I had to wait 7 minutes for the food. Loud noise kept going off, it may have been the smoke alarm? All servers seemed uncomfortable. Also, my order was wrong because they did not include the topping on the pizza I asked for. I've been to cheaper pizza places with much better service. read more

ok pizza, not too many places on this side of the island for pizza so this place is ok if you do not want to drive an extra 10 minutes to the other side where there are much better options for both ice cream and pizza. The place is small and of course "cash only". The staff is nice and friendly, just wish they make better tasting pizza. read more

A small little place but it was very clean. The pizza is not the best I've ever had but it did exceed my expectations. It is a quite pricey but most places on the island will charge more because they can get away with it. The fact that they don't accept credit cards makes it difficult to purchase multiple pizzas because less people carry a lot of cash on them these days. read more

My family has been coming to LBI for 50+ years. We always have stayed in Harvey Cedars and every year we have a heated debate about where we are getting our pizza on pizza night. For many years, George's was our go to spot, but since they've been out of business our pizzas have come from Broadway, Speakeasy, Surf City Pizza, and Panzone's. It never has been great, but we're on LBI so what do you expect. I live in on the west coast now, but I'm here visiting my mother and other family members who have a house in Harvey Cedars. Last week, we ordered from Panzone's. It was so God-awful I can't help but 'boo, hiss' every time I've driven by it since with my family. Imagine a big, round Ellio's pizza - it was that bad! So, the other day we are about to order pizza again and I asked my family if they have ever given Udder Delight/Harvey Cedars Pizza Shack a chance. The place is in walking distance! They said, "No," so I said, 'We are trying it! Imagine if it is good and you've been sleeping on it." Well, I am happy to report the pizza is really good! Why have they/we been driving to Surf City all these years?!?! This is our new pizza place! If you haven't tried it and you are on this side of the Island, look no further for a good pie! FYI, they only take cash, but if you order on Yelp you can charge it. read more

Great pizza and ice cream. There are plenty of pizza toppings and ice cream flavors to satisfy whatever anyone may be looking for. Because the restaurant is the only pizza place on the north end of the island, it is super convenient. The quality of the pizza is excellent, and the people that work there are exceptionally nice.During the summer the delivery boy is always great too! Definetly try this place out! read more

I've never been there but my grandkids, ages 20, 17, 14 are huge fans of the ice cream and the pizza. I agree with a former writer that Panzone's pizza is awful..little sauce with no taste and little cheese, but HCV;s pizza is excellent. The kids get ice cream every night, sundaes and plain, and it has been excellent, too. they bring it home for me and it is not melted. I'm sorry two others had bad experiences, but we have not. Had a terrible experience here. The prices are crazy and totally made up on the spot. $140.00 for 2 pizzas, 2 calzones, and 2 stromboli which ended up being calzones because they didn't have the right dough for the stromboli. The calzones and stromboli don't come with any filling except cheese. We ordered vegetable calzones and were charged $18.00 plus $3.00 for each vegetable. They put onions, peppers spinach and one other item and charged $12.00 extra so each calzone was $30.00. Similar charges with the sausage and pepper stromboli. To be fair they are quite large but the filling was only in the center 1/3. The The pizzas were considered specialty pies because one had buffalo chicken (ok I get that) but the other had half pepperoni( only 3 slices actually had any pepperoni) . When we questioned the prices the owner was very nasty and just kept ringing it up time after time until forced to explain the crazy prices. The taste of the food was fine but certainly not worth the cost and aggravation. I can not recommend going to Harvey Cedars Pizza! read more
