We pondered the wall menu for a bit then ordered the Classic Burger with fries and a soft drink combo. The chef tossed a big beef patty onto the flat grill and waited at a wooden table out front impatiantly about fifteen minutes. OMG, it was big, juicy and spiced perfectly with bacon and caramelized onions (see pic). The oversized seasoned fries went well with the burger. I'm hoping that every burger joint in Amsterdam will be as tasty as this great find today.

The tasting featured three mini-specialty burgers. The burgers were ok; cooked well done and not very juicy. One of the burgers had a tangy blue cheese and another meaty bacon but overall, a forgettable bland tasting. I did really like the fries which were soft and savory with a mountain of parmesan and a side of creamy truffle mayo.
