Harvest Bistro was pretty decent for lunch! I went with the Country Grilled Cheese, which came with a bit of their Tomato Bisque. It was pretty solid, although a bit on the bitter side in case that's not your flavor profile, which was probably from the roasted tomatoes. The tomato soup was good too, although I'd love a little sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Service and staff were great and on point. Honestly I skipped the breakfast rush and went for an early lunch, which was well worth it.

Breakfast Buffet - waffle and pancake station

Visited for breakfast buffet while staying at the attached Signia hotel. For $30 this was an amazing deal. Included juice, coffee, tea and soft drinks with nearly a dozen different stations. Fresh made to order omelettes, pancakes, waffles, an amazing selection of fresh fruit, fresh pressed juices and a great selection of meats and cheeses, plus way more. Service was fast and friendly, and the dining area was clean and bright. It was a bit loud but that's to be expected for a hotel buffet in the Disney area. Would return without hesitation.

So, I rarely leave anything but rave reviews, but this wasn't great. I feel like if I'm paying $24 for a basic breakfast it should be pretty stellar. Maybe I'm cheap ‍. But ordered eggs over medium (they came over easy). Ordered bacon and it was clearly burnt, but they served it anyway. I let my server know it was bad, he did bring me new bacon, but kinda seemed bothered. The new bacon was still pretty over cooked, but at least 2 of the 3 it didn't have the bitter flavor. The 3rd was burnt. The potatoes were good and coffee was delicious. Not the best experience...

We are long time repeat customers when we start at the hotel. Harvest is great for breakfast and lunch. I have dined in and also ordered room service with them. Their location near the pool is nice for eating outside if it's not too hot. I have never ordered lunch straight off the menu, so always get the grilled shrimp and rice combo because they do a great job with it and it's so delicious. For breakfast they made me a great ham and cheese omelet with cheese grits. It was one of the best omelettes I have had in a hotel. The open buffet for breakfast was also good especially if you are on a high people diet. Breakfast was complimentary and lunch was pretty inexpensive given we just had shrimp and rice.

This has to be the best breakfast I've had at any of the Hilton's Ive ever stayed at. It's a breakfast, lunch, and dinner restaurant inside the Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek hotel. I am a Hilton honors member and have stayed at Hilton's all over the world so when I say this has to be the best hotel breakfast I've had it says something. It's a buffet style and they bring the drinks to your table but the food you go and get. When I say they have everything, they truly have everything. Besides your typical eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and omelette bar what makes this place different is all the different types of breakfast food they offer. They have a charcuterie station with different meats, cheeses, bread and olives. A bagel station with different jelly's, jams, chocolates, and peanut butter spreads. An artisan yogurt, avocado and lox bar which was so fresh. Fruit bar with not only the regular fruit but raspberry's and black berries. And so so much more. The dessert station has made to order mini pancakes and a s'mores bread puddings, plus confections. You just have to try this place if your ever are in town. You will not be disappointed, a bit pricey for a buffet but definitely worth it so I didn't mind.

One of the restaurants in the Hilton Bonnet Creek on the ground floor. Nice menu options for lunch with pizzas and sandwiches. Nice patio outside. We started with clam chowder. Pretty tasty. Then we had their chicken with side of jasmine rice. Really good and fresh. Our food took a while but the sever gave us a glass of wine for our wait. Good way to make up for that! Probably the most reasonably priced place at HBC.

Yes, the food is great. Is it themed excellence? Yes, this is a destination... on a nice day though. Boardwalk has no quick service option inside of the building, so if it is a cold morning or rainy... you are trekking down the ambience to get your food through the elements. That's the only reason I moved it down to 4 We grabbed a chocolate croissant, coffee, orange and breakfast sandwich through mobile order. With excited, hungry hopes after a red eye flight, my family and I scurried over to the Boardwalk Deli excited for the usual resort quick service options of Mickey waffles, eggs, bacon, and typical quick service options the WDW resorts have to offer. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Breakfast sandwiches (mostly on limited bagel choices) and pastries were all they served. They were above average tasting, so taste was not that big of a factor. Totally bummed out at the lackluster choices for breakfast, we ordered what we needed to satisfy our hunger and had high hopes for the other meals of the days during the rest of our stay. To our dismay, the choices during lunch and dinner were also really disappointing. (Avoid the grilled cheese. Completely disappointing!) We ended up only utilizing the deli to fill our refillable drink cups during the trip. For what it's worth, the Boardwalk Deli did have the mobile order or standby options available. There are no inside options to sit down and eat your food, so rain or heat, you can only sit in the outside tables and chairs along the Boardwalk if you don't want to take the food back to your room to eat. Everything about our stay at the Boardwalk Villas was amazing except the Quick Service options. With a baby in tow now, our days are a little bit different and we find ourselves not spending every second at the parks. Having a solid quick service option on property is important. This was the only con of the property for us.

We ordered the Quiche Lorraine, filled with ham and Gruyere cheese which they warmed up before serving. The buttery, flaky crust gave way to a rich, silky custard that was packed with savory flavor. The Gruyere added a wonderful nutty depth while the ham brought just the right amount of saltiness to balance everything out. For dessert, we shared the Raspberry Macaron with Lime Cream. The macaron shells had a delicate crisp exterior with a soft, chewy center, while the filling delivered a bright combination of tart raspberry and refreshing lime. It wasn't overwhelmingly sweet, allowing the fruit flavors to really shine. It was a light, refreshing finish after the richness of the quiche. This bakery delivers on both quality and flavor. There's some limited patio seating (which isn't exactly becoming of a place for eating ridiculously expensive cake) and the straws aren't long enough for the drinks once the ice doesn't prop them up. Just sayin'. Butt for me, though, whatever was supposed to be special about this place, this experience, was lost with buggery hospitality, stoopid house rules/queue mechanics, and managerial apathy. So, I was here filling someone else's prescription for happiness and thought a beer would help dissolve my sticker shock but that only made things worse. You see, they basically card you twice, once at the point you order and again at the point of sale. It's sort of unusual to be carded in Florida anyway and I've never been carded twice within a few seconds of each other by two different employees standing a few feet apart from one another. It's not like I'm 20 something, I haven't been carded in forever. Anyway, it wasn't so much the inconveniece or how unusual it was, but it was like they were @#$%ing with me by the way they asked. Like they've got some Simon Says Squid Games thing going on. And because I half-heartedly balked about it in a teasing way because I didn't understand the kind of thing that was going on around me, it became awkward for them and so I changed my mind. Anyway, it became a whole thing and the manager had to get involved holding up the line just to take it off the check ...even though I hadn't yet paid for or received said beer. Was a dumbo experience all the way around and put a bad taste in my mouth. Didn't help the manager slinked in and treated us like mannequins who should only be so lucky to shop here. Anyway, whatever.
