Harvest Bistro was pretty decent for lunch! I went with the Country Grilled Cheese, which came with a bit of their Tomato Bisque. It was pretty solid, although a bit on the bitter side in case that's not your flavor profile, which was probably from the roasted tomatoes. The tomato soup was good too, although I'd love a little sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Service and staff were great and on point. Honestly I skipped the breakfast rush and went for an early lunch, which was well worth it.

Breakfast Buffet - waffle and pancake station

Visited for breakfast buffet while staying at the attached Signia hotel. For $30 this was an amazing deal. Included juice, coffee, tea and soft drinks with nearly a dozen different stations. Fresh made to order omelettes, pancakes, waffles, an amazing selection of fresh fruit, fresh pressed juices and a great selection of meats and cheeses, plus way more. Service was fast and friendly, and the dining area was clean and bright. It was a bit loud but that's to be expected for a hotel buffet in the Disney area. Would return without hesitation.

So, I rarely leave anything but rave reviews, but this wasn't great. I feel like if I'm paying $24 for a basic breakfast it should be pretty stellar. Maybe I'm cheap ‍. But ordered eggs over medium (they came over easy). Ordered bacon and it was clearly burnt, but they served it anyway. I let my server know it was bad, he did bring me new bacon, but kinda seemed bothered. The new bacon was still pretty over cooked, but at least 2 of the 3 it didn't have the bitter flavor. The 3rd was burnt. The potatoes were good and coffee was delicious. Not the best experience...

We are long time repeat customers when we start at the hotel. Harvest is great for breakfast and lunch. I have dined in and also ordered room service with them. Their location near the pool is nice for eating outside if it's not too hot. I have never ordered lunch straight off the menu, so always get the grilled shrimp and rice combo because they do a great job with it and it's so delicious. For breakfast they made me a great ham and cheese omelet with cheese grits. It was one of the best omelettes I have had in a hotel. The open buffet for breakfast was also good especially if you are on a high people diet. Breakfast was complimentary and lunch was pretty inexpensive given we just had shrimp and rice.

This has to be the best breakfast I've had at any of the Hilton's Ive ever stayed at. It's a breakfast, lunch, and dinner restaurant inside the Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek hotel. I am a Hilton honors member and have stayed at Hilton's all over the world so when I say this has to be the best hotel breakfast I've had it says something. It's a buffet style and they bring the drinks to your table but the food you go and get. When I say they have everything, they truly have everything. Besides your typical eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and omelette bar what makes this place different is all the different types of breakfast food they offer. They have a charcuterie station with different meats, cheeses, bread and olives. A bagel station with different jelly's, jams, chocolates, and peanut butter spreads. An artisan yogurt, avocado and lox bar which was so fresh. Fruit bar with not only the regular fruit but raspberry's and black berries. And so so much more. The dessert station has made to order mini pancakes and a s'mores bread puddings, plus confections. You just have to try this place if your ever are in town. You will not be disappointed, a bit pricey for a buffet but definitely worth it so I didn't mind.

One of the restaurants in the Hilton Bonnet Creek on the ground floor. Nice menu options for lunch with pizzas and sandwiches. Nice patio outside. We started with clam chowder. Pretty tasty. Then we had their chicken with side of jasmine rice. Really good and fresh. Our food took a while but the sever gave us a glass of wine for our wait. Good way to make up for that! Probably the most reasonably priced place at HBC.

They also had a hot side with rice, beans, mashed potatoes , and butter noddles for the kids. The meat rotation was great and frequently! The well dressed servers come around with different meats and serve you as much as you'd like. Some places Ive been I'm waiting all night to see different things but here I didn't wait at all! The dessert is included and very good. I love the Brazilian cheese bread they give to start it's so fluffy and chewy. The service was great and attentive funny and fast!!!! The only issue I had was the location. As I walked in I can tell it's an old building and It smelled Like one. Luckily as we were seated we didn't smell that only from the entrance but the roof looked like it needed a little diy. Overall satisfied and happy with this place!

I'm not a huge fan of these types of places so keep that in mind. My friends changed to carnivore…read morediet so they wanted to go here. That worked for them- but for me, I eat everything. They were super hungry, which is great at a place like this- because you can hit up the buffet and meats are already ready. Unfortunately, I found the salad bar to be super drab. I didn't want anything from it other than blue cheese. I asked for seafood and they said there is a crab salad. Well, it's krab, which is a fish, but it didn't look tasty. I sat down with my plate of blue cheese and some rice with beef (which wasn't good). The other hot foods in the buffet were rice and mashed potatoes. The fries were fine and the cheese bread was delicious, akin to those frozen brazi bites. The servers started arriving with their meats. The flank steak and top sirloin came by too many times. The filet was one of the last ones to come by, with the actual last one being the picanha. And when I was finally full, the Parmesan pork came by. I feel like they filled us up with cuts that don't matter. And they saved the nice stuff for when we were already full. I asked the server for some sauces- they actually have a chimichurri in the back that you gotta ask for and they have some sort of garlic mayo aioli on the salad bar. It's a shame they don't have more sauces. A lot of those cheaper cuts needs some real help. Even the lamb was gross. The bacon wrapped filet- the bacon was too soggy. I was disappointed. I really wanted some shrimp or fish or some sort of seafood. Heck, bring me some octopus. But no, they don't have seafood. So.... I would say the flank steak, the bacon wrapped chicken, the tri tip, the garlic filet, the picanha and especially the sausage, were good. The rest was meh. Long drive for mediocre salad bar. The meats are just like other Brazilian steakhouses. I would prefer to go to Texas de Brazil over this place. Even Adega gaucha over this place. Dessert not included. Parking plentiful. Bathrooms clean.

We've been here before and while it's not entirely inexpensive, it is priced well for what it is. Though it IS a buffet, the lobster itself is served to you one at a time. Good call! The rest of the food offerings are of really good variety and you should find plenty to enjoy here, including cute tasty desserts. Standouts are seafood casserole, cornbread, seafood/shellfish of all types and many salads, sushi rolls, a variety of fish preparations, etc. The drink specials are fun, but will still pad the bill, so we abstained. The staff were all personable and hardworking, with the bar-staff pulling double duty on the floor and still cheerful about it. One HUGE table left a paltry cheap tip for the poor guy, so we gave extra. Don't b a D*CK, people! Restrooms are fine and the wait was minimal. Parking is great on site, at no charge. Yay!
