I've had to constantly send follow-up emails, and message through ClassDojo, only to be ignored. Beyond that, the school requires 10 hours of volunteer work, which is a huge burden for working families; and if you can't meet the hours, you have to donate a $100 gift card. Overall, it's been a real struggle, and I wouldn't recommend it for families seeking consistent communication and flexibility.

The office staff is friendly and Mr Marcelo, the principal greeted me. Fast forward my daughter just graduated Kinder and looking forward to going to first grade. Her teacher Ms. Brevil is excellent. My daughter has learned so much. The principal Mr. Marcelo is super humble and inviting. I live in North Miami Beach area and am willing to drive to Hollywood all over again. The kid who was supposed to do my taxes was constantly on his phone and drinking a bubble tea - making very loud noises with it which goes to show how professional they are. They can't answer your tax questions because they don't know a damn thing! The kid didn't even know where to find my social security number on the w2..... but he's supposed to be a tax professional *rolls eyes* When I mentioned that all he's doing is data entry the black woman got offended but she couldn't elaborate. She also stated that they could not do my taxes unless they had a physical copy of my social security number because that was the IRS rule but then she was going to make an "exception" if I had a picture of it. Lady make up your mind. You were going to break the rules then tried to walk it back. As a matter of fact I overheard her conversation with another guy in which she was filing a married man's taxes without his wife being present and he suggested to call her up and she gave him the ok. I hope the IRS audit this organization because clearly they're doing shady practices under that woman's supervision. She refused to help me with the paper form: you know why BECAUSE THEY DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING.... All they do is data entry using a tax software. They don't provide tax services once the IRS audit you due to their errors: you'll be SOL. She was so condescending. When I tried to speak her response was "are you going to let me finish." She is used to hearing herself talk all day and thinks she is above everyone. She's so rude and inconsistent. I guess the IRS rules applies only on a case by case basis with them.

Now with that being said, the days are winding down. It's been four long challenging years, but she has made it. This is baby girl's last year of high school....Class of 2025! Am I excited? I'm not there yet, probably might get emotional when I see her get all dolled up in her cap & gown, but I'm neutral for right now.
