The jalapeño bombs are exactly what the description says so you can't knock them however they're just not for me . The tonksu Ramen and the beef Ramen bowls are less than to be desired, very bland, not a lot of meat And I don't understand why the eggs were not ramen eggs. They were hard boiled eggs. The California roll was OK. The salmon roll was fine. Service was amazing lady. That was very nice. Very respectful very quick . I told the waitress the menu doesn't say it has eel, so she went and asked the chef about it and I couldn't get a refund even though the menu said different than what I was given. Two bites in and I realized I had made a terrible mistake. I'm giving this place 2 stars because our server was really nice but overall the ramen broth was bland and worse than a pack of 99 cent ramen you get at the grocery store. The miso broth was so bland, noodles were semi cooked fully and we were sat in a back near the bathroom that smelled like someone just took a dump 30 minutes prior. (We did get take-out so that could have been a cause) I got their ramen which I felt like Shin Ramen tasted better than their ramen. The soup base wasn't flavorful enough and the noodles were just store brought and not chewy. We also got some of their sushi which was okay. There are better places in Columbus to get sushi from. Heard that a new Ramen place had recently opened up and decided to give them a try. My husband and I went for lunch on a weekday, good thing we arrived early because we were seated immediately but the place filled up quickly. The service was great, very friendly older Asian lady was our server. We had the monster roll and eel roll to start with and both were very good. We both ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen and agreed that it was delicious, the broth was very flavorful. Also the restaurant and bathroom was very clean. First time here, last time here, atleast for the ramen. Overall, place is small, and nice. Service was good, plenty of staff to deliver food. My daughter and I ordered chicken ramen. Over all, the ramen was not a positive experience. The noodles were of a dry variety like one can get at publix. The shredded chicken was a simple oven roasted thigh. A few fish cakes and half a hard boiled egg. The broth was basically soy and broth. I cannot say how much ramen they sell to be able to justify a better soup over all, but start by maybe having some fresh steamed or lightly wilted spinach with garlic, maybe a fresh noodle. One can have a store bought fresh noodle and be much better than dry noodle. A nice boneless chicken thigh with the skin, seasoned with salt and pepper and pan fried until crispy, sliced up and placed on top. A finally, a nice chicken broth, slightly creamy from cooking the bones, a little dashi, and some seasoned seaweed strips, crispy shallots and green onion. And a nice 1/2 egg, with a slightly gooey yolk. Merely a suggestion. I think it would be a great soup then. This is just my take. If you are happy with it, please enjoy. The broth tasted microwaved.The oysters and clams in the seafood Ramen tasted unwashed and the weren't cleaned and still had feces in the clam.
