It is in a small strip center that appears to be populated mostly by finance companies and staffing agencies. It is a nice part of town, but not the best part of town. There is a nailed place and a Chiropractor I think. Let's get to the main event. The poke is awesome. I use brown rice as a base and then went with spicy tuna. I went large so I got four scoops of fish and let me tell you this was some really good poke. I added cucumbers, onions cilantro , pineapple, so mine had a really sweet flavor to it and I also had them put some tempura crunchy over the top of it. It was in my opinion the best bowl of poke I have ever had. That is saying something as I have had tuna poke all over the southeast And the West Coast and up the Atlantic seaboard. It is one of my favorite dishes. I think the fact that everything was ice cold, and the place was incredibly sanitary, added to my enjoyment. All of the vegetables were fresh. All of the fruit was cold. The fish was cold. The rice was the right consistency. Nothing was dried out, nothing was wilted, and everything tasted as it should. There were a lot of young people coming in having dinner, it's near an anytime fitness center so you do get to see a lot of fit young people that are enjoying a good healthy meal. They also have Ramen, it's a spicy Korean Ramen, which I wanted to have a small bowl of, but it only comes in one size bowl. It's not a huge, but it was more than I needed after having a large poke. Birria is originally from Jalisco, MX, (home of ranchero music and tequila, so they know something!) and was made from goat, because the Spanish gave the peasants goats.
