I tried the fancy nancy on croissant, Lauryn's Lemon Basil, Buffalo Barclay, and the grape salad with extra topping. The fancy nancy was just okay. Unfortunately it only had one grape in my sandwich, and honestly, that one grape was doing a lot of the heavy lifting. overall fancy nancy wasn't bad, just nothing to write home about. The Lauryn's lemon basil was good. That basil flavor is strong, almost a little overpowering; it really comes through. It was good with the crackers, and I'd order it again though I'm not in any rush. The buffalo barclay surprised me too. I'm used to buffalo-flavored foods being overly salty, but this one wasn't. I would've liked a little more heat, but it was still a solid choice. Probably my favorite of all the three I tried. The grape salad had me questioning the hype at first, but once I got into the extra topping...man, I got it. If my grapes were even sweeter naturally, man...wouldn't knocked it out the park. Overall, I like Chicken Salad Chick. It's an easy spot for a quick meal, and I'd happily work my way through more of the chicken salad varieties. The restaurant is cute, decorated very country welcoming.

My husband and I ate here many years ago that it doesn't even count since we couldn't remember our…read moreexperience. We ordered in the drive-thru during that time. Thus, we were literally in shock when we entered into the venue and realized that it is a SIT-DOWN RESTAURANT! I didn't think it would be fast food style like Popeye's or KFC. However, I imagined it would be along the line of Cane's, but a little more upscale. My first reaction was, "Aww man, I'm going to have to pay more for something that is already sort of pricey." I'm thinking in terms of tipping. HOWEVER, I actually had a really great time here. The menu is simple, yet unique simultaneously with monthly special burgers and Korean inspired flavors. I LOVE the fact that you can substitute the crispy chicken for GRILLED. I'm all about eating out, enjoying food, but also trying to select better options. Healthy eating doesn't mean boring! This place seems like an American/Korean fusion restaurant, or an Americanized version of Bon Chon. The vibe is really cozy, intimate, and chill. It's a great spot to casually hang out with friends or family. The wait for the chicken was long, BUT it was worth the wait. The food was hot and fresh. The Korean BBQ OG Grilled Chicken Sandwich - It was huge! Even though I am a petite 95 lb lady, I devoured that sandwich. The flavor wasn't an authentic Korean flavor, but it wasn't bad! It was more sour and salty for my taste. I think it would balance out more if there were no pickles, and a mixture of the kimchi carrot slaw + regular mayo based coleslaw. Szechuan Fries - The Szechuan mustard sauce is powerful and incredibly overwhelming. I do NOT recommend that sauce at all. I think if you order these fries, just OMIT that mustard sauce. I felt like all my sinuses cleared up and my eye balls were about to pop out. Dirty Fries - You can't go wrong with cheese fries. I am not a sour person, so I didn't enjoy the pickles on the fries. Our server, Brenna, was INCREDIBLE! She is the main reason why this review is getting a 5 star. She didn't know that it was basically our first time and she still gave us exceptional service. She was friendly, patient, and sweet. We ordered the Szechuan Fries because it was a free offer upon signing up for their rewards program. I told her I didn't like the mustard sauce and she offered to get us the Dirty Fries! I was like, "What?!" The fries were already free, so I didn't expect her to even offer a substitution. ALSO, for the Kid's Meal, she let us know that the side could be substituted for something else at no extra charge. If she didn't make that known to us, we would have had no idea. I'm glad she mentioned it because the boys LOVE mac & cheese, so that was perfect. Also, we were already getting fries, so it helped us to get more variety. All in all, the place is a little expensive, but I had a great time. The service was superb, the food was great, and I noticed that they are involved in the community. I love supporting businesses that give back. Thus, I would recommend trying this place out, even if it's just once!

Boy was I surprised to be seated by a hostess only to glance around to find a bar, enclosed patio and semi open kitchen. Did the meal itself differ from its fast casual counterparts? Not by much, but the offerings were more robust. I love to see pie on the menu alongside shakes, and while Mac and cheese and fries are welcome, orange chicken, Korean spices, broccoli salad, collards and heavenly eggs are a welcome change of pace. Our first trip (dine in) was about a 4-5 star experience. I waiter was not the most attentive and the food took quite awhile but the experience was positive enough for me to return. The second trip was a drive thru experience and it was...not as pleasant. Our service wasn't the best, our attendant less than enthused to be doing their job. A matter of fact, I felt like I was bothering her by ordering. While my food was fine, my sandwich came without napkins and again the food (one sandwich) took quite awhile. I'm unsure if I'll return with so many options in the area, but I'm glad I experienced them twice!

Staff is seasoned and professional, even the young staff carry themselves in a refined, respectful manor. Man, I sound old. Point is: it was a breath of fresh air. Now, it is a sports bar. TV Screens you can see from everywhere except the patio. The real money here is that they make everything scratch when you pick it, and Kimberly expressly impressed upon us, substitute and/or add anything you want. It is all custom made to order! (she didn't literally say "and/or" but you get the idea...I'm paraphrasing) None of this; $2.95 to add avocado, or $4.95 to add grilled shrimp. $1 to order your protein of choice blackened, $2 add shrimp. Come on now!!! Do that! This is the quietest sports bar I have ever been to. Dark Wood interior, booths that tuck you away from the crowd but leave you readily exposed to a plethora of flat screens, so you don't miss the Astros and the Yankees! I can't go over this whole menu, because it is like a sprawling playground, so many options. And not like a fast-food fiasco either. You just might want ALL of this stuff. Really, look at the menu, some time went into these names of dishes and array of ingredients. I use Fish Tacos as one of my staple "check this place out" orders. $1 blackened my Cod Tacos and YES! Wnner. fresh made slaw, pretty spicy Adobo Sauce, delicate tortilla, not doughy or thick. And yeah, it's Carb night for Daddy, sweet potato fries...Can I have a moment..."Good" is embarrassed next to these fries. These things rock! I stole my boy's ranch to dip them in. (Don't judge; I can't stand Ketchup) My wife gets the Grilled Chicken Wrap, Its huge. She took half home. My son is yes, still a child, and gets the Chicken Fingers and fries with Lemonade, from their "Small Appetites" menu page, he couldn't finish it. Are you getting the portion picture here? I had to, HAD to, order the smoked pulled pork Oklahoma Kitchen Sink Nachos! A half order, mind you, and we could have left after that and been happy. My first nacho chip didn't even have pork on it and I could taste the smoke, kitchen crafted Pico with a lime bite, Connie's Queso and enough melty Chedder to make your cardiologist throw a flag on the field. It's always hard to say you have a new best friend, but, hard to deny as well...I want at least 15 other items on this menu. The Loo Review, less spectacular, almost don't want to end on it, but here goes... there is a separate sit-down door and its a real door, not a truck-stop stall. Clean and tidy, except for the fact this is a sports bar and everybody isn't blessed with aim. Back to the place, did I mention the super-fly patio? draped with lights and lattice work to keep you "inside the venue". I can't give it enough 5 stars. We will return for more. You must go!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Chicken Salad Chick…read more I placed two separate orders for the same pickup time--one catering order and one regular order--for a party I was hosting. I sent a friend to pick them up and specifically told her there would be two separate orders. She arrived right when the restaurant opened, was greeted at the door by an employee. She told the employee that she was there to pick up an order and the employee told her my name (so they were expecting the order to be picked up) my friend told the employee there were two orders. The employee handed her what she said were both orders, so my friend had no reason to believe anything was missing. After she returned to my house, we began preparing for a lunch party with about 20 guests. When it was time to serve, we realized one of the orders was missing. I called the restaurant and was told, "Yes, your order is still here." I asked if they could deliver it since the mistake happened during pickup, but they refused. When I asked how they planned to make the situation right and requested some type of compensation for the inconvenience, the manager became rude, raised her voice, and yelled at me. Keep in mind, this was a $136.00 order. What was especially frustrating was that the manager repeatedly insisted the problem was my friend's fault because she didn't specify that one of the orders was a "catering order". My question is: How is a customer supposed to know they need to say that? Nowhere during the ordering process was I told that catering orders are handled separately or that I needed to instruct my pickup person to ask for a catering order specifically. We did exactly what any reasonable customer would do--we gave my name, stated there were two orders, and trusted the employee when she handed over what she said were both orders. I called back hoping for a calmer conversation, but the manager was just as rude the second time. In the end, my son had to make a 40-minute round trip to pick up the missing order while I stayed behind trying to host my guests. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What I cannot understand is the complete lack of accountability and customer service. A sincere apology, an offer to help, or even acknowledging that the employee should have verified both orders were picked up would have gone a long way. Instead, I was blamed for something I had no way of knowing and treated disrespectfully. The missing order was frustrating, but the manager's attitude and unwillingness to take responsibility are the reasons I won't be returning to this location.
