She was always friendly, welcoming, and made every visit a great experience. Today, I asked another worker where Jaimely was because I hadn't seen her, and I was told she was sent home because of her nails. Hearing that was really disappointing. She's one of the main reasons I enjoyed coming to this location, and it honestly makes me not want to come back if employees who treat customers that well are being sent home over something like that. I don't like seeing it but it happens a lot in fast food places. Having gloves on is even worse than not having gloves on because they will not wash their hands because their hands don't feel dirty. They won't change it because management probably won't allow it due to costs. Person A is multitasking (probably shift manager) but if he's going to handle food then he must wash his hands or change gloves. After our waitress took our order, my gf did not get the mayo on the side as she had asked, and after we received our food, our waitress never came around to check on us, didn't refill our drinks or anything. The place was very loud, louder than visiting waffle house. I was trying to have a conversation with my gf sitting just across the table from one another, and we were having to literally yell at one another just to hear what each other were saying. My gf did state that the sandwich she ordered was a big sandwich, and was more than she could finish. Once we were ready to go, our waitress still hadn't been around to check on us. So I had to flag down someone else, to get us some to go boxes, and our check. Low and behold, when I was ready to checkout, the waitress appears out of nowhere, after all this time, I'm guessing because she thought she was going to get a good tip. I'm sorry, waitstaff only get a great tip from me, once and if they perform a great job duty, and this was not the case in this matter. I didn't have the bad experiences of the other locations that I've been to around here, and I didn't have the bad experiences of the other reviewers either. Although I do have to say that there have been a few iffy experiences with a couple of people that probably shouldn't be working here, but that happens at every fast food and altogether we were just very very happy with the experience here on several occasions.
