I have bought a fair share of vehicles in my day. Have had the pleasure of meeting some amazing sales professionals as well as the disgust of sleezy scumbags. Bobby at Harte Infiniti was in neither category. He was just there. On top of the mediocre experience, the final straw was when we picked up the 2023 certified QX that we paid an arm, leg and a couple of elbows for it only had half a tank of gas. When I brought it to Bobs attention, he stated "you didnt buy a new car, used cars come with only half a tank of gas" in an extremely rude manner. I bit my tongue and ended the conversation. Frankly, I am not certain if this is actually Harte Infinitis policy, but if it is, wowwww!!! Beyond discourteous. Dealerships profits margins are super inflated especially in the current market and they dont have the decency of putting an additional $43.37 in gas for their newly acquired customer. One and done. Will never be coming back to this dealership again. Dont let the 4.5 star rating fool you. They have a total of 88 ONE star reviews(I scrolled and counted). Thats almost 10% of the total reviews. Thats a LOT of mistreated and disgruntled former clients, including this one!!!!

I do not like to downplay any place of business however there are major areas of concern. from reading the reviews that are not being addressed and it's more just like a money grab from dealing within the Uber aspect of this. I will also be following up with a complaint to Uber and it does not stop there because I am writing a lengthy communication which will be sent out to all the higher-ups and BBB I'm not sure how it can go because it only seems like a rotation that you find trying to speak to someone of a higher caliber. so with that being said, this is why I am on yelp. I work within the Uber industry as a part-time job and I am provided services from Hartford only because it's the closest location to me but the manner of how I have been spoken by Keydoe which I've let it slide a lot because you try to give people the benefit of the doubt and try to learn people for who they are, but when it comes to me working and spending my money, my hard earned money. There's a lot of things that need to be taken in a consideration here and I don't think they are especially at this location. I have to say that again. My money is earned not given to me so when I'm investing in a company, which I am investing in Hertz because I pay out of my pocket to rent their vehicles to do my job and to the standards that it should be there's a big area of concern here and when I try to address the concern with one of the representatives I got a tantrum I would say he was more upset at the fact that I was willing to wait and vehicle that they give me service engine light on and other mechanical issues and when I say it had a hole in the floor of the driver side, the rug was completely ripped that was two cars that day that he was trying to give me that we're not up to standard,especially for the price that we were being paid. I've switched my vehicles out three times with the 2nd time being no fault of there's, however the 3rd rental that they tried to give me the was not in a condition to drive on the road so they switched me out into another vehicle which it doesn't appear that the third vehicle was closed out which resulted in Hertz charging my car for two vehicles one that I never even drove off the lot with they switched it out that same day so when it came time to renew, I am being charged for two cars, but I only have one . when I tried to call last week to speak with a manager and I was not addressed and was unable to contact so I went in however, my concerns were weren't taken serious and you get the runaround the vehicles they give you are damaged. They're either not clean properly or is something wrong with it to where they're telling you you need to go and get it repaired or just take the car for the week and bring it back to exchange the following week which I have taken multiple days off of my job to go to Uber to address these concerns and spend hours in the lobby trying to take my concerns up with the representative who will try to fast talk you and talk you into believing what he's saying is right and what you're saying is wrong and then get upset when you don't agree with what it is he wants you to do. I've experienced it firsthand. I have a witness to that to what I have experienced sexual favors being asked l, and as I try to be calm and humble, it took me to another place that I should not have to be with anybody in a place of business. I don't care if I do know you or if I do not know you in a professional world you want to be treated with that, and Hertz Hartford on Weston is everything but that. I have rented vehicles with Hertz for many years and I've always gotten the highest level of appreciation for being a customer. I do not feel appreciated here and I'm really looking into considering going to another state just to rent a vehicle because of the lack of respect carelessness on which how things have been handled I've had to call Hertz many occasions for being overcharged which results to be refunded days later and it keeps happening and now I'm facing being charged for two vehicles when only one is in my possession and the one that they're trying to charge me for I never even took that car so please tell me what is going on with this company and why the manners have changed in which how you deal with people I have multiple people that I could align that has complained on the way the Hartford Hertz is operating and nobody there seems to Care at all. They just take your money and send you on your way. They don't care if you're overcharged they want you to call customer service. They have nothing to do with it but when you call customer service, they're rerouting you back to the location it is a game!

From the moment I arrived until they got me on the road, the staff was friendly and courteous. Whole I was on the phone with my insurance company several busy employees stopped to ask if I was being helped. Erica went over the car with me in detail and discussed the plans and coverages with me thoroughly. After a few hours of driving the car later that day I noticed something about it that prompted me to reach out. These things happen sometimes but the Management team was very apologetic and insisted I swap out the car at my convenience. Phil and Travers were very helpful through the process. I just wanted to say that you for their effort and level of care while I navigate a difficult time following the crash.

The rental process was seamless as I reserved the vehicle online for same day pick up. The staff was extremely helpful and polite in person and over the phone. They also have a good process for social distancing in place, I could tell the cleaning standards for each car are being taken seriously. Upon receiving the rental I was informed it was upgraded since my initial selected car was still being cleaned. I happily accepted the free upgrade and it was even quicker returning it! I highly appreciated that my deposit was also returned to me the very next business day. The benefits of being an Enterprise Plus member are good. Enterprise is always my first choice.
