I called Dylan and he gave me the run around and said he would call Chris and find out what was going on. He never (Dylan) called me back...I made at least 5 phone calls. Dylan told me he could not return my phone calls because he was too busy. Poor and unprofessional excuse! He then told me he wanted to make it right with me and had someone else call me, and never showed up. I asked to speak with Dylan and he refused to hand him the phone. Unacceptable!!! Do not use this company! There wasn't any confusion! Dylan was giving his friend Chris some side business to make extra money. Chris did come out and said he would send me a quote and never did. NO CONFUSION!!!

They were professional, transparent on pricing, considerate of my time, and even offered advice on my project. I went to another landscape supply store in the area before finding TLS and was made to feel stupid for not immediately understanding how things are priced and was concerned that as a non landscaper and young woman that may just be my experience in dealing with these places. That was NOT the case with TLS. TLS was patient, kind, and a real pleasure to visit. I was surprised how customer forward they were given they're a bulk supply store! And their prices are competitive across the board and the cheapest around for some materials. If you're a homeowner looking for affordable supplies, go here!

I'm looking at the reviews from other customers and am saddened to see that I might be the only one…read morewho had a less than desirable experience. I ordered platinum pastel pride arrangement. I paid $160 (including delivery fee, tax, etc.)on Sunday. I asked for the arrangement to be delivered on Tuesday morning. At 11:33 am I got a call from them stating their "stems didn't come in on the delivery truck last night" and could they do a "designers choice arrangement" instead. They were quick to get the flowers to the location in under an hour from when they made that call but I feel the arrangement was much less superior to the one I originally ordered. I asked family members at the gathering what they felt the price was of this flower arrangement and they all said $70 or $80. I went to Harris Geeter and saw much larger arrangements for half the price. I'm not one to complain. I usually just chalk it up to experience. I understand they had flower delivery issues, but the arrangement I paid for, I thought, was to be a much better quality than what I received. The flowers were to be used for a celebration of life for a woman who loved flowers. I was disappointed and embarrassed by what was delivered. I sent an email to them later that night expressing all of this. I got a response from the email thanking me for contacting them and then also received a feedback survey in which I stated that I had sent them an email. It is now Friday. Two days since I contacted them about this. I have not received any response. I think that what was delivered was a throw together of a bunch of old flowers they had. It was far from what most people would consider a "platinum"arrangement. Maybe there was a mistake in the paperwork and they didn't realize it was to be a platinum? The funeral service is today and most of the flowers have wilted. Unable to take to the grave service as we had intended. I will be stopping at Harris Teeter to purchase more. I have pictures of what I thought was ordered (I assume the item pictured was the basic arrangement) and what I received. Absolutely a big difference. Just very disappointing.
