However, for a $200 bouquet, that excuse isn't acceptable especially when she explicitly told me this bouquet would be available in an earlier call that day. The owner offered to come and pick up the arrangement again, for a refund, I guess. But I didn't feel like having my mom come all the way back home and wait for someone to pick up the flowers. It would have been an added inconvenience for us. I'm going to make an order with a bigger company next time because better customer service is offered when something goes wrong. In this case, no simple resolution was offered. This is not the company to go with when you want reliable service for an important occasion.
